Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses (Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc. 40 mm) complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stone and coping, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Suppy only PVC pipe of 110/100mm dia as in weep hole, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered/pointing surface of wall and applying two coat of white wash, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, parapet, filling and mass concrete, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificied provided for, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
