ICHP- Replacement of Reclaimer-II machine bucket wheel gear box with the available spare reconditioned gear box.

Charges for making temporary platform in the Bucket wheel gear box arm so as enable to release the motor, fluid coupling etc., from its position, dismantling the 55kw LT motor along with fluid coupling, thruster Brake unit assembly, brake drum etc., from the gear box, fabricating temporary derrick post for releasing the bucket wheel gear box from the Bucket wheel assembly using special fixtures, hydraulic jacks etc., assembling the spare R.C. Bucket wheel gear box to its position after checking the float clearance, blue matching, assembling the motor ,fluid coupling, thruster brake unit with proper alignment and normalizing the system including all T&P's , cost of consumables, and all leads & lifts etc., complete.
