Supply and delivery of Three phase submersible pumpset suitable for 150 mm dia borewell as per IS 8034/1989 without panel board 75 lpm x 225 m head including all labour charges etc. complete. - 7.5 HP (75 lpm x 225m * 2 /4500)

Supply and delivery of wall mounting type control panel board consisting of Ammeter, Voltmeter, Single phase Preventer, Isolator, indicating lamps Star Delta with two level guard and auto starter suitable for 7.5 H.P pumpset including all taxe etc. complete.

Labour charges for fixing gate valve and non return valve in proper position including all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days. (7.5 H.P)

Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10.

Plain cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix ( One cement , four Sand and Eight aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying,consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Mix (one cement, three Sand and six aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.. TNDSS NO: 24

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using (One cement and five sand) using best quality of III class Country bricks of size (8 3/4"x4 1/4"x 2 3/4") for foundation including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification TNDSS specification No.31 & 31C.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports plain surfaces in foundation and basement in all floors for reinforcement cement concrete works such as pedestal bed blocks, staircase steps, RCC column, grade beams, plinth beam etc. using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and B.G. 10 guage stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over si,lver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center at suitable intervals etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of RCC precast slab in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix ( One cement two sand four aggregate ) using 20mm ISS metal including cost of moulding charges mixing laying and curing cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of rein forcement. (75mm thick)

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement Four sand) using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause:1000/1300]

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of steel door including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc. complete.

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD-67)

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm. (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class ‘B’) bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains (SD-72)

Supply and fixing of 63A TPNMC switch with suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with earth connection only (SD-166)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 3 phase 63A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1-1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x 1/2 feet of 6mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 63A fuse units (500V), 1 No. neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1” x ¼” with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 16 sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire with earth connection complete (SD-129)

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 metre Class ‘B’ GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work (SD-234)

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 2 metre narrow trenches for laying of pipes and refilling earth for water supply works in the hard stiff clay stiff black cotton hard red earth shales murram gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil as directed by the departmental officers.
