SITE CLEARANCE AND AREA DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING DEMOLITION & EARTH WORK EXCAVATION Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.
Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) GI earthing pipe should have successfully tested for salt spray test (corrosion test) Certificate for minimum 500 hours. The Earthing Electrode should have a GTP & Drawing approval from MSEDCL infra Project. The Earthing Electrode should be tested in MSME. Any one such Earthing Electrode should have successfully type test certification by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute, Govt of India) for the Short Time current at 43 kA rms for 1 Sec; with initial peak of 90.12 kA. The rated voltage for testing in CPRI should be 400 V at rated current of 10kA. The Earth Enhancing Compound should have Test certification from NABL accredited Lab. It should be tested as per IS 1350 / AHPA guideline’s. The pH value of Compound should be 7.59, Moisture % by mass should be 8.91 & Solubility in 1:1 HCL should be 32.29 %. The Compound should be tested ELV Test as per protocol IEC 62321/111/54/CDV/ICP-OES for contain of Lead (23.0 ppm), Cadmium (15.0ppm), Mercury (Below Detection Level) & Hexa-chromium (Below Detection Level). Supply and fixing FAST Electrode earthing with Pure Copper Single Pipe, the pipe dia is of 76 mm Pipe & wall thickness of pipe is 2.0 mm & the cavity is filled with highly conductive, non- corrosive material along with Supply of Earth Enhancing Compound 2 Bag of 25 Kgs including necessary boring in ground of 200mm dia in any type of strata connecting to test point. The Earth Enhancing Compound should have Test certification from NABL accredited Lab. It should be tested as per IS 1350/ AHPA guideline’s. The pH value of Compound should be 7.59, Moisture % by mass should be 8.91 & Solubility in 1:1 HCL should be 32.29 %. The Compound should have test certification ELV Test as per protocol IEC 62321/111/54/CDV/ICP -OES for contains of Lead (23.0 ppm), Cadmium (15.0ppm), Mercury (Below Detection Level) & Hexa-chromium(Below Detection Level). The manufacture of Earthing should be registered under Udyam registration and certified for ISO 9001:2015
Note for item No 21 & 22 (i) Earth resistance should be less than 1 ohms. If the desired result of the earth resistance not comes under 01 ohms the contractor should fill extra earth compound with out extra payment to the Govt. (ii) Rate for FRP earthing pit cover shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted
M&L for epoxy base insulator of suitable size, 35mm height fixed on PCC blocks / wall / MS angle / Pipe / channel/ on towers / on Galvalume sheet with and including bolt size 8 mm dia, 19 mm length, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed
S&F indicator for electrostatic discharge(ESD) earthing made out of 300x300x3 mm MS sheet fixed on and including 25x25x3 mm angle iron post 1 metre length with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 foundation block of size 200mm x 200mm x 300 mm height using 20 mm graded stone aggregate derived from natural sources and painting exposed surface with two coats of syenthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer and writing letters for indication of ESD earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light 60 watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including fittings & connection on existing street light pole bracket complete all as specified and directed.

The Earthing Electrode should have a GTP & Drawing approval from MSEDCL infra Project. The Earthing Electrode should be tested in MSME. Any one such Earthing Electrode should have successfully type test certification by CPRI (Central Power Research Institute, Govt of India) for the Short Time current at 43 kA rms for 1 Sec; with initial peak of 90.12 kA.
The rated voltage for testing in CPRI should be 400 V at rated current of 10kA. The Earth Enhancing Compound should have Test certification from NABL accredited Lab. It should be tested as per IS 1350 / AHPA guideline’s. The pH value of Compound should be 7.59, Moisture % by mass should be 8.91 & Solubility in 1:1 HCL should be 32.29 %. The Compound should be tested ELV Test as per protocol IEC 62321/111/54/CDV/ICP-OES for contain of Lead (23.0 ppm), Cadmium (15.0ppm), Mercury (Below Detection Level) & Hexa-chromium (Below Detection Level).
S & F earth pit indicator made out of MS sheet of 16 SWG of size 30 x 20 cm welded to angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm at a height 1 M above ground complete all as specified and directed.
S&F epoxy base insulator of suitable size, 35mm height fixed on PCC blocks / wall / MS angle / Pipe / channel/ on towers / on Galvalume sheet with and including bolt size 8 mm dia, 19 mm length, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.
S&F mild steel with powder coated simens gray inspection boxes / test point boxes 250 x 200 x 100 mm made out of 16 gauge with top cover including provision of fixing of 2 Nos epoxy insulator with and including insulating PVC sheet for incoming and outgoing copper strip for proper insulation etc complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC block of size 150 x 150 x 150mm in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 20mm stone graded aggregate for fixing on roof conductor / air termination rod / GI strip etc. complete all as specified and directed.
