Point Wiring complete with 1.5Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including non-metallic PVC conduit medium density ISI marked including accessories concealed type run on walls/ ceiling including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed on walls with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, including cutting chases to wall and making good the distrubed surfaces to match with the existing specification ,One fan/exhaust point controlled by one switch/regulator/ 5 Amps socket controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The earth wire for the points in the same circuit can be looped from point to point. (ii) Earth wire shall be taken inside the conduit. (iii) Cost of terminal box is deemed to be included in the item rate quoted for point wiring. (iv) Cost of a circuit of any length of cable from DB to any switch/ socket board to be included in point wiring.

Supply and fix steped type electronic fan regulator flush type, 230 volt, AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing water heater storage type with storage capacity 25 Ltrs , 5 star rated electric operated , with metallic inner tank , heating element of capacity 2 KW with all connected accessories such as safety valve , thermostat , NRV including 3core multistranded copper conductor cable with plug top including arrangement of wall through 4 Nos anchor bolts , water heater, storage type steel body complete all as specified and as directed Note: Rate including for Writing of MES No. with unit name on water heater using of enamel paints or of stencil with painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel ribbed PVC Connection pipe 450mm long Heavy duty 15mm for Hot & cold water inlet pipe for Geysers complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying /fixing of GI tube 15mm " Medium Grade" with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule but fancy type of size 15mm complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing stop valves copper alloy screwed down , high pressure , with crutch or butterfly handle , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed fancy type chromium plated of size 15mm complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for cutting,grinding , welding of exsiting steel window/Wooden window frame/grill , removal of wire mesh and glass panel and fixing 10mm thick ply wood for fixing of PVC exhaust fan fixing arrangement including making good to distrubed surfaces matching with existing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete withlouvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250mm complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for making hole in stone masonary/Hollow cubes/bricks wall using suitable T&P for fixing of metal body exhaust fan suitable size and making good the distrubed surfaces matching with existing colour complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fans steel body AC single phase AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep with louvers fixed outside with all accessories and fixing the exhaust fan from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper wire 24/0.20 sqmm , etc all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate including for Writing of MES No. with unit name on Exhaust fans using of enamel paints or of stencil with painting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making arrangement for fixing of ceiling fans as existing concrete roof including providing fan hook box including suitable T&P required for breaking concrete , welding \grinding any alternate arrangement complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of ceiling fans complete with complete accessories, 230V, SP 1200 mm Sweep with BEE 3 Star rating complete with all accessories and fixing the fan from ceiling rose with 3 core flexible copper wire 24/0.20 sqmm, etc all as specified and as directed.
