M&L for repair of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep/ Exhaust fan of any make obtained from above item, oiling, greasing after cleaning slot, over hauling & replacement of defective split pin nut bolts washer etc including spray painting with enammeled paint with the help of spray gun and marking of MES No with black enammeled paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hanging /fixing only ceiling/Exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of stranded 3core flexible 1.0sqmm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below Normal ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for laying of under ground cable, electric pole and getting out complete all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming 25cm in thickness in any type of soil.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.
