Required1. Copy of EMD in favour of Executive Engineer(C), Muzaffarpur Central Division, CPWD, Muzaffarpur.

Required2. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from the office of any Assistant Engineer / Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated)

Required3. Valid Enlistment order of the CPWD contractors in appropriate class in composite category

Required4. Valid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class

Required5. GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.

Required6. Permanent Account Number (PAN) as issued by income Tax Department.

Required7. Copy of ERP Training Certificate for CPWD registered agency/ their representative.
