Demolition of brick work including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No - 5 mentioned in above but except bricks. (Serviceable bricks obtained from Item No - 1 above to be reused.)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing debris outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete and like etc. complete all as specified and direceted.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed conc and all other similar works including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work and finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing PCC type C2 (1:3:6) 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forming moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width of girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel bars TMT 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC Type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 450 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collar complete all as specified and directed. Make: Thuluvananikal pipes / Everest / Himalaya / Indian Hume pipes.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C-2(1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate, in bed to drain pipe 450 mm dia including packing and haunching against the sides of pipe and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of drains/culverts including removing and re-covering of RCC/CI/Steel covers by completely removing silt, soil, mud sludge, vegetation growth etc. and removing the same to out side MoD land for width of drains exceeding 30 cm but not exceeding 60 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of rubbish off the site outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed finish chequred cement concrete coloured tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry (with gray cement and pigment) over and including 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) for fixing tiles complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make - Mehtab tiles / M/s Vitco / M/s Shriji, Sample as approved by GE.

Dismantling Mangalore patteren or similar tiles in roofing including portions bedded in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling roof battens of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roof tiles, Mangalore Pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry including use of scaffoldings for any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for second class hardwood clean sawn battens at 30cm centres sectional area exceeding 15sqcm & not exceeding 25 Sqcm including use of scaffoldings for any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair to replace old decayed timber (including piecing, scarifying, etc of old and new timber if required) second class hard wood clean sawn in scantlings timber framed and fixed in any position and description including use of scaffoldings for any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for APP modified bituminous water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 3 mm thick (not less than 3.8 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25° C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat, the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc. and including applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.125 Kg / sqm on finished APP surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instruction and finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. (ii) WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound. Make: 'Plastocrete Plus' of Sika/ 'Pidiproof LW' of Pidilite for water proofing compound.

Material and labour for preparing new surfaces of walls/ceilings by scrapping/rubbing and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surfaces of walls/ceilings/roof by scrapping/rubbing and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing debris off the premises to outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kajaria / HR Johnson / RAK ceramics, Sample as approved by GE.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthtic enamel paint (up to four storeys height of bldgs) including use of scaffolding where required for external painting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, 25 mm thick as in floor for receiving screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in (1:6) for laying floor finishes like tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.
