Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders and hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary including refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and an initial lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforced grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing ROLLING SHUTTERS of approved quality of 18 guage 7.5 cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece inter- locked together with specially designed quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories in best workmenship and the entire shutter painted with two coats of best quality anti-corrosive nut brown colour paint over one coat of red oxide primer and clear opening of 1.8M width 2.40M height.The rolling shutter shall be placed below the lintel and behind the RCC curtain slab of 7.5 cm thick and 45 cm depth.Each rolling shutter shall be pro-vided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Fabrication, supply and fixing in position of 'N' type ventilators using M.S. angle of size 25 x 25 x5 mm for frame and M.S. Flat of size 20 x 3 mm for fixing the weld mesh and using 25 x 22 x3 mm 'T' section for frame glass. Special type of Hold fast welded to the frame of 45 degree inclined towards centre for wall and fxing the weldmesh 25mm square including cost of 3mm thick pinheaded glass panes for all panels and fixing the glass panels with necessary clips & putties with required bolts, nuts and washers and one coat of red oxide primer etc. including necessary dismantling, making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extend required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of steel Air inlet of following sizes with weld mesh cover made ½”×½” weld mesh 14 gauge and with insect screen firmly welded on the frame as per std specification etc, complete including one coat of red oxide primer etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Filling the basement with well murram or well gravel excavated earth conveyed from out side in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including watering and consolidation

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate for Wet Mix Macadam 150mm thick, using 0.396 cum of 45mm to 22.40mm, 0.528cum of 22.4mm to 2.36mm and 0.396 cum of 2.36mm and below IRC HBG metal to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant conveyance of mixed Material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers using paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Specification

Flooring special type as per the following arrangements-Laying bitumen layer (or) Alkathene sheets of 100 Micron thick in between two layers of sand of 15cm. thick each layers over which cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement, five sand and ten hard broken granite stone jelly) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for 15cm thick well rammed and consolidation and top of flooring shall consists of cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand four jelly) using 6mm -10mm gauge HBG stone chips for 50mm thick and surface rubbed smooth including thread lining etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick for all height using river sand including curing and finishing neatly including curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime for AC sheet including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered Interior wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour of over one coat primer coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of newly plastered Exterior wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour of over one coat primer coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades, trusses, purlin etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the red oxide one coat of priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing country wood wrought and put up bridging planks over the detached steps of size 1.80mx1.20m built up of planks of 40mm thick and country wood scantlings in two splits as per standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Granolithic floor finish 20mm thick with PCC 1:2:4 (one cement two sand and four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm thick HGB jelly and river sand and including rubbing the top surface smoothly thread lining if found necessary and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officer.

Providing pre construction Anti termite treatment for the godown building 1) The preconstruction Anti-termite control measures are to be carried out as follows:- (i) Treatment at foundation column footings, columns, grade beams and upto basement and junctions of wall and floor, ii) Top surface of the consolidated earth with in the plinth area ie. under floor area. and (iii) Treatment to soil along with the external perimeter of the godown building. 2) The treatment shall be carried out with recommended chemical emulsions as per IS 6313 (part II) 1981. 3) The rate shall be quoted per square meter of plinth area. 4) Aldrin emulsifiable concentrate (IS 1307-1973) at 0.50% concentration by weight or Heptachlor emulsifiable concentrate (IS 6439-1972) at 0.50% Concentration by weight shall be used for the treatment. 5) The Anti termite treatment should cover a guarantee for minimum of 10 years and this period will be counted from the date of completion

SCHEDULE - B: FABRICATION, SUPPLY AND ERECTION OF ROOF TRUSSES, PURLINS, A.C. SHEET ROOFING FOR 2 NOS X 1000 MTs CAPACITY GODOWNS

Fabrication, Supply and erection of Angle iron roof truss using M.S. Special structural steel sections conforming to IS 800-1962 and IS 808-1957 of the following type and specifications having an effective span of 21.95m and spaced at 4.35m centre to centre with purlin cleats wherever necessary including one coat of red oxide primer or Anti-corrosive treatment. One at ground level before erection and another after erection work. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A FT switch covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD19)

Supplying fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed tor rods for all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors steel and binding wire shall be supplied by the contractors etc., complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supply and filling of 40mm thick gravel required quantity for filling and spreading in Soak Pit including cost of gravel, Filling charges etc., Complete complying with std. specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick for all height using sand including curing and finishing neatly including curing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Flooring with following Anti skid Self Designed Colour ceramic tiles for Toilet of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing with printed design colour glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm of approved make and quality for sides of walls up to 2.10m height including plastering the surface using cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two sand) 10mm thick and pointed with the same cement etc., complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification

Painting new Iron works with two coats of with best approved quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide in all floors, the rate shall inclusive of all materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The paint should be got approved by Engineer in charge work before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to PVC pipes (including the cost of 110mm dia PVC pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). Below Ground Level

Supplying and fixing position CI Nahani Trap / Floor Trap of the following sizes with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of sand and five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahani Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing of 1000 litres capacity PVC water tank with IS specification IS 10701/96 the tank is meant for outdoor (or)indoor use complete with removable hinged top locking arrangement and to make provision to fix water supply pipe lines, necessary man hole with cover and including all PVC specials pugs, screws nails to fix the tank etc., complete and the tank should fixed firming as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour conveyance hoisting and fixing charges etc. (The water tank should be got approved by the EE before use on work.

Supplying and fixing of MS iron grills for Doors and windows of approved design including one coat of red-oxide primier paint etc., complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box inflush with wall with 5A FT switch covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD19)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed FRLS Copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD 87)

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains (SD 70)

SCHEDULE - E: PROVIDING BORE WELL AND WATER SUPPLY ARRANGEMENTS

Drilling of bore wells 150 mm dia any where in Tamilnadu including transportation from the place with in the above district in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of ckay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc by first taking pilot of 140mm/150mm/20mm dia and the enlarging to required dia by direct or revise rotary mud circculation method using contractor's rig fuel labour drilling betonies mud and water required for the drilling at the site shown by the departmental officers including construction of mud pit (Water available with in a lead of 1.5Km) Drlling of 140/150/200mm pilot bore.

a. Upto 0m to 300m depth

Reamining from 140/200mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the departmental officers upto 60 M depth ending below Ground level.

Charges for developing the bore well for entire depth with suitable air compressor of 300RPM capacity (minium 8 hrs) including the transportation labour and fuel charges for conmpressor and directed by the departmental officers and conducting yield test by "V" notch methods, excluding the cost of bore charges and conveyance charges of handle boring.

Labour charghes for intserting 165/168 mm dia PVC casing pipes assemble (sith slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC coupler and with cement paste etc complete and supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality is approved by the departmental officers. The conveyance charges to work site to be borne by the contractor.

Supplying PVC casing pipe 160mm assemply (with slot or without slot) in the drilled hole including welding the joints etc., complete supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality is approved by the departmental officers.

a. 160mm dia plain pipe

Suppling and fixing PVC bore well end cap of size 165/168mm dia etc., complete.

Supply of 4 Sq.mm / PVC insulated and sheathed, 3 core flat type copper cable for submersible motor

Supply and fixing the 32mm dia HDPE hose in bore to connect the Submers`bore etc., complete

Supply and fixing the Nylon Rope to connect the Submersible motor in borewell etc., complete

Suppluing and fixing of 7.5 HP three phase submersible motor with all materials including cost of materials and labour charges, and conveyance charges etc., complete complying with standard specificaton.

Supplying and fixing brass / Chromium Plated screw down tap/pillar tap/swan neck tap in 12/15mm dia heavy type of approved quality with ISI mark etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

SCHEDULE - F: FORMATION OF ROAD WORKS FOR FOR 2 NOS x 1000 MTs CAPACITY GODOWNS

Earth work excavation and preparation of earth base for roadway including removal and satisfactory disposal of all material necessary for the construction of roadway and side drain in accordance with the specifi ation and lines, grade and cross section shown in the drawing or as indicated by the Engineer and including compaction earth with power roller by sprinkling water etc., complete as per standard Specification.

Granular Sub-base with Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) - Plant mix method Construction of granular sub-base of 250mm thick by providing close graded material, Mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desird density, complete as per clause 401 of MORTH Specification- for grading-V Material

Wet Mix Macadam (Table 400-13) - Providing, laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate for Wet Mix Macadam 200mm thick, using 0.396 cum of 45mm to 22.40mm, 0.528cum of 22.4mm to 2.36mm and 0.396 cum of 2.36mm and below IRC HBG metal to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant conveyance of mixed Material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers using paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Specification

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 4 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing, laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50- 13.20mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG40 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing them in the required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20- 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm using paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20-30ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over BT surface using 3.00 Kg of bitumen 80/100 for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quality of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORTH specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick (Grade II) using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Gravel for side berms using US gravel from approved quarry including cost conveyance and all labour charges etc complete
