SPECIAL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF DETERIORATED WATER PIPE LINE TO CPVC AT HANSA VIHAR AND SOUTH OF RUNWAY FROM MI ROOM TO WARDROOM AT INS HANSA UNDER GE (NW) VASCO

Taking down old CI/GI/DI tubing and connection from the trenches / floor or walls of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed :- Note :- Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this Schedule.

Supplying and laying in trenches CPVC Tubing SDR 11 pipes & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings with all fitting and fixtures laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :- Note: All CPVC Fittings bend ,elbow, tee ,nipple, union ,reducer etc inclusive in quoted item rate.

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 40 mm bore

Supply and fix in wall/ceiling CPVC Tubing SDR 11 pipes & plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings with all fitting and fixtures fixed on wall/ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

Supplying and laying in trenches CPVC Tubing Schedule 80 pipes & plain CPVC Schedule 80 fittings with all fitting and fixtures laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :- Note: All CPVC Fittings bend ,elbow, tee ,nipple, union ,reducer etc inclusive in quoted item rate.

Supply and fix CPVC Ball valve with all fitting and fixtures complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes

(a) 50 mm bore

(b) 40 mm bore`

(c) 25 mm bore

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve of 80 mm bore with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gasket joint nuts, bolts & washers all as requirement of site all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve of 100 mm bore with both end flanged with iron wheel handle for clockwise closing brass spindle heavy duty PN-1.6 class conforming to IS-14846/2000 including gasket joint nuts, bolts & washers all as requirement of site all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth getting out in Hard/dense soil for laying & removing of pipes of any sizes and type complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work / using as coping / flooring / any description all as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2 (1 : 3 : 6 ) using 40mm graded stone aggregate for filling across road cuttings and path ways repairing work etc as mass concrete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting existing header /pipe for 50 mm size and making connection & welding for 50-80 mm size making good the leak proof joint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI Tube medium grade with all fitting laid in trenches of 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for Ductile iron pipes class K-9 of standard length spigot and socket ends push type joint with rubber gasket as jointing material, internal cement mortar coating and external surface with bituminious paint ISI marked of size 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for fixing in repairs DI specials such as Cast Iron bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers ( any type i.e. straight, bend, increasing or decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross, collar, caps, connecting pieces up to 200 mm dia.

Supply and lay ready to use materials for repairing pot holes in flexible roads(Bituminous roads), modified all weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemical , anti stripping agents, graded aggregate and additives can be used in temperature in the range of 0 to 50 degree centigrade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for pre -cast solid block cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20 mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:4 for construction of valve pit size 600x600x600 mm (from top of PCC to bottom of cover ) including excavation in any type of soil returning, filling around foundation are removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation brick work in cement mortar 1:6 ,10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 to internal surface covered pit with MS sheet cover 3 mm thick with locking arrangement handle fixing arrangement and painting with oil paint two coat over a coat of red oxide primer including dismantling of existing valve pit complete all as specified and directed.
