Dismantling of Electronic Control unit (ECU), Luminaries assembly of solar street light fittings and inspection, cleaning the panel, checking cable connections to the battery and further to the light fittings and changing if required, replacements of unserviceable spares, cleaning the battery terminals including minor items such as screws, dusk to dawn charge controller etc. reassembling it after repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the solar street light fitting complete with its base including battery box and refixing where desired with necessary excavating and fixing with necessary PCC work etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary PCC Work will be measured and paid separately.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, coping to pole for pole of any size all as specified, including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash if required to the exposed surface of platform complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of trunk and branches of trees over the solar flat plate module to clear the sun rays, not exceeding 30 Cm girth and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n. exc 50 m and clearing site etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for synthetic enamel paint to the Solar street light pole/box complete all as specified including cleaning the existing poles and making good surface and surrounding and marking the pole with white letters on black background (upto 10 letters) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Solar LED lights fittings 12 Watts complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Usha, Exide, Luminous

Supply & drawn distilled water in battery complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully Solar heater water tank of any make, type & size, disconnecting water connection inlet and out let of tank and plug water flow, for repairs, descaling inner tank, replacement of heating elements thermostat, anti anode, refilling of distilled water as required including painting of water tank and refixing the same to original position after repairs and marking of MES No complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of heating element with thermostat, inlet outlet adopter, air release valve, toughened glass will be paid in relevant items.

Taking down carefully Solar collector plate before taking down disconnecting water connection inlet and out let of collector plate plug water flow, descaling, with dilute acid, including replacement of unserviceable collector inlet and outlet flange with rubber gasket, refilling of distilled water as required and refixing the same to original position after repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heating element of capacity 3 KW ISI marked including rubber washer for solar water geyser and taking out old u/s element, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix inlet adopter suitable for 200 LPD Solar heater water tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix outlet adopter suitable for 200 LPD Solar heater water tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only air release valve suitable for 200 LPD Solar heater water tank, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Evacuated glass tube as per existing size suitable for 200 LPD Solar heater water tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix toughened glass with minimum thickness 4.0 mm with gasket and accessories suitable for 200 LPD Solar water heater, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified of capacity 500 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for gun metal, gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions and fixed 20 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm drawing into and including surface rigid non metallic in PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings & fixing accessories and 4 Sqmm FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MCB double pole, 240 volts, 32 to 63 Amps, complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Lergand, INDO-ASIAN, SCHNEIDER, HAVEELS or equivalent as approved
