S & Delivery of 1.1KV 4 Core non-influmable185 sqmm XLPE insulated Ar./Al. LT Cable (Make-Glostar/ Polycab/ Havells)

Laying of one no 4 core 185 sqmm Al. armoured cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 4 core 185 Sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below.

Finishing of 4 core 185 Sqmm XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc.

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm medium gauge Dia G.I. pipe(ISI-M) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required as per GS (Make : TATA/ Jindal)

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works (b) 25mm size

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 25mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. a) 4x126/0.4 (16 sqmm) + 2x80/0.4 (10 sqmm) as ECC

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support. (ii) With 25x25x3mm angle iron support 200x50x1.25mm (18SWG)

Note: 1) All the above rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes & duties, District charges, Riverine charges and LWC as applicable, with cost of maintenance, servicing, supply & replacement of spares for 1 (one) years from the date of commissioning. 2) The Agency must procure the materials from the manufacture/OEM or their authorised sales Channel so that the standard warranty/support of the manufacturerer/OEM becomes applicable to the product to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticate such procurement from the manufacturer/OEM or from their authorised sales Channel and standard warranty/support should be sent from the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of bill. If any refubrished materials are supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rule. Before execution of the work the prospective bider has to submit layout drawing as per design of OEM dully approved by the OEM. 3) Total is rounded off to the nearest rupees.
