COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF B/R WORKS IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS OF MD ACCN AT AFS AMLA

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joint free, Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles; 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match set, over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles; 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in coloured cement to match the light shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 03 above but in vertical surfaces as in skirtings, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 10mm thick backing coat in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for yellow/ Red colour pre-polished rubber moulded chequred cement concrete tile 300mm x 300mm x 20-22mm thick with anti skid properties set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (Z Black) 18 to 20 mm thick table rubbed & polished in steps, jambs, cills, shelves etc including cutting of holes for fixing WHB in cement mortar 1:4 & pointing with white cement with marble dust using admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with `L' type or `J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.
