Repair/maintenance of 914 mm dia dresser /flexible compression couplings (3 Nos) installed/fitted with the rising main at different prescribed RD at Raya Lift irrigation Station.

Repair/Maintenance of 914 mm dia dresser/flexible compression coupling fitted with the Rising Main at LIS Raya by way of opening/cutting of rusted/damaged studs and nuts 20 Nos. Pulling out dresser coupling rings from both sides and extracting damaged V-type gaskets from grooves. Complete cleaning of internal body and grooved surfaces where V type gaskets are to be fitted with chemical and scrubbers to remove rust and other foreign material on it. Strengthening the weak/cracked portion of the dresser coupling rings by welding using suitable welding electrodes and finishing it to required shape and size. P/F of new V type gaskets fabricated out of high quality rubber, 6 running meter (i.e.3mtr.for each side) as per sample. Fitting/tightening of both side rings by p/f of new 20 nos. studs along with nuts fabricated out of high carbon steel as per sample in proper alignment with rising main. The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, to and fro carriage charges. Complete job.
