Making of 96 drums pontton which includes (i)structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, (ii) Supply, handling and fitting of plastic barrel with cap, HDPE, 200-220 ltr, (iii) providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets for covering sheds and (iv) Painting on the iron and steel frame with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand of following sized pontoons: (1) 96 drum pontoon: 3nos. (2) 60 drum pontoon: 2nos. (3) 12 drum pontoon: 5nos.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply, handling and fitting of plastic barrel with cap, HDPE, 200-220 ltr, Min 9 Kg weight(all drums must be of same size) including cleaning and putting inside the newly fabricated Pantoon Structure:

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Galvanized steel wind break panel with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet (porous, perforated and corrugated) for the purpose of dust suppression of approved specifications including 35 % porosity , 35 % punching rate etc. with hole diameter 6mm to 10 mm and having ISO certification. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, all complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Repairing of old pontoon by dismantling old iron structure for removal of old drums and then fabrication, erection of iron structure, fitting of new drums/repaired drums including cleaning and putting inside the toe of newly fabricated Pontoon structure (from old material) and Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade to the structure of following sized pontoons at Jagannath OCP, Jagannath Area: (1) 84 drum pontoon: 01nos (2) 60 drums pontoon: 02nos.

Dismantling of steel structure for replacement of damaged drums of old pontoon.

Removal of old drum from dismantled pontoon structure

Fabrication and errection of steel structure for repair of pontoon

Loading to truck for transportation of drums & unloading at pump section.

Handling and fitting of new drums including cleaning, tightening of caps using red oxide paint and putting inside the toe of newly fabricated pontoon structure

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work. Painting of all drums and angle channel used for the pontoon. (60 drum pontoon-5 nos x 96.75 Sq. m)
