Hire and labour charges for erecting temporary shed covered with waterproof tarpaulin over roof with strong bamboo/sal bullah frame resting on strong salbullah and bamboo using alternatively post as per direction including maintenance as required (upto 12'0" minimum. ht.) roof should be projected upto 2'0" from all walling for a period minimum 7 days holding period after completion of the work to the satisfaction of E.I.C including restoration of damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of E.I.C after removing the shed. (Payment will be made as per floor area).

Tin roofing over strong salbullahpost and bamboo framing including fitting complete and walling with water proof tarpaulin (upto 12'0" ht. Minimum.) as per direction. Roof should be projected upto 2'0" from all walling for a period minimum 7days holding period after completion of the work to the satisfaction of E.I.C including restoration of damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of E.I.C after removing the shed. Hire and labour charges for bamboo barricading with sal post of 4" dia @ 4' 0'' c/c including necessary frame works complete upto 3'0" to 4'0" hight with 3 rows.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of completion of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective length).

Hire charges for inside walling and ceiling with clean white or colour washed cloth without bamboo/ sal framing and post complete (Restricted item).for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of completion of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective walling area).

Hire charges for walling with clean G.C.I. Sheets with bamboo/sal frame and post complete as per direction (8'0" to 10'0" ht.) for a period beyond 3(three) days of recorded time of completion of the entire work upto the counting date or 23(twenty three) days after polling date, to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective length).

Hire charges for supplying and laying of tarpaulin(on hire basis) as per direction.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective area).

Hire charges for supplying and laying of Carpet (good quality on hire basis) as per direction. for a period beyond 3(three) days of recorded time of completion of the entire work upto the counting date or 23(twenty three) days after polling date, to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective area).

Hire charges for making and fixing in position of door/window curtain ( on hire basis) for a period beyond 3(three) days of recorded time of completion of the entire work upto the counting date or 23(twenty three) days after polling date, to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Making of EVM racks for width 3 ft with 2 feet centre to centre vertical post , runner, plank as per direction by E.I.C including hiring charges of local woods supplying of all other necessary materials and labour complete.for a period minimum 15 days holding period after completion of the workto the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective length).

For additional holding beyond 15 days

Hire charges for making kuccha drain by 12 " width 24 " depth in any place as per requierment by occupied department.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C including restoration of damages of the ground to its original condition as per direction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective length).

Hire and labour charges for providing 'Drop Gate' with 15cm. Dia. Salbullah of length not less than 8 mtr. Including hoisting and fitting fixing with bolts and nuts to vertical post (100 mm dia 2 nos. of each flank embedded 750 mm below ground level) and providing counter load of concrete or stone or iron block at the fulcrum end including painting 2 coats in alternate band providing 'stop' plate, jute rope of necessary length etc. complete including dismantling and remove as per direction.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of wooden table on hire basis of size 4'0"x3'0" with cover & frill for a period beyond 3(three) days of recorded time of completion of the entire work upto the counting date or 23(twenty three) days after polling date, to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of Coushion chair.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of Garden chair.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of Polythene chair.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of double Sofa. for a period beyond 3(three) days of recorded time of completion of the entire work upto the counting date or 23(twenty three) days after polling date, to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of Centre table of standard size for a period beyond 3(three) days of recorded time of completion of the entire work upto the counting date or 23(twenty three) days after polling date, to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges for making of wooden/steel platform upto 15'-0" ht. Including supply of wooden planks and necessary frame works with using approved stout props/ sal bullah with wooden planks / ply wood/ steel sheet plate post as per direction, for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective area).

Hire charges of alluminium / wooden step lader with dimention open - length : 19.5" width: 50" hight : 72" close length: 19.5" with: 6 steps for carring capacity 150kg for a period beyond 3(three) days of recorded time of completion of the entire work upto the counting date or 23(twenty three) days after polling date, to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges for making & fixing of tower for lighting arrangement upto height 25' from ground level at diffrent location as per requirement occupying department and as per direction of electrical department including with all materials and labour complete. for a period beyond 3(three) days of recorded time of completion of the entire work upto the counting date or 23(twenty three) days after polling date, to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges for wooden batten framie work for fitting and fixing of Flex fitted including the structure for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective area)..

Hire charges for supplying ,fitting & fixing wooden board platform for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C

Hire charges for making of square or hexagonal mesh netting with wooden frame and bamboo / wooden post and making the structure stable by fixing the same with proper fastner , screw etc as per direction upto 9'0" ht.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of polling date to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective length).

Hire charges for making of display board with local wood and ply board of size 4'0"x3'0" with display matters. A. With Stand for a period beyond 7( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of polling date to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of folding cot with bed roll on hire basis.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of bed roll with toshak, pillow and bed sheet.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges of wooden low bench.for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges for supplying ,fitting & fixing wooden board platform for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of compleation of the entire work to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective no).

Hire charges for supplying ,fitting & fixing for walling with new GCI/ply board(min 19mm thick) in both sides with bamboo/sal frame and post (16 ft ht), covered with clean white or colour washed cloth with door facility including locking arrangement as required (min no of doors : 8), and making the structure stable by necessary fastner, screwing etc, complete as per direction ,for a period beyond 7 ( seven) days after the reported & recorded time of polling date to the satisfaction of E.I.C (Payment will be made as per effective length).
