Supply and installation of following materials for Fire Alarm System.
Multi Sensor detector with base and integrated optical detector and heat detector. (Make-Honey well Esser OT Multi Sensor IQ8 Quad, or equivalent.)
Multi Sensor detector with base and integrated optical detector and heat detector. (Make-Honey well Morley or equivalent.)
Addreassable M.C.P. Electronic module suitable for use in the Esser bus and powered loop with alarm latch and alarm indicator. (Make- Honey Well Esser IQ8 MCP Electronic Module or equivalent.)
One time Servicing & Repairing of Fire Fighting System System (before starting AMC) installed at CSIR-IICB Salt Lake Campus comprising of major equipments (As per Annexure- 3 ).
1. Servicing, overhauling of all pumps & motors (main fire pumps, jockey pump and tarrace pump) including its accessories as per site requirements. 2.Servicing and repairing / replacement of all type of valves, repairing of leakage, making smooth for effective operation. Rectification of leakage of overall Hydrant fire pipelines. 3.Servicing, inspection and calibration of all type of Pressure gauges, Pressure Switches and other related accessories and supply & replacements of these itmes if required. 4.Servicing of Electrical Control panel and Battery Charger circuit for DG Set batteries and replacement of its faulty components. (Bidders are requested to inspect the site before submission of bid. )
