SCHEDULE 'A'

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position on roof surfaces and removing the debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate on roof surfaces, chajjas and finished the exposed surfaces fair and even including form work if any complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, coping, haunching between roof and wall or parapet wall, between chajja and wall etc, finishing the exposed surface of concrete even & fair . including all necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two coats (10 mm thick undercoat and 5 mm finishing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, 5 mm finishing coat mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid sperately.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work in wall / platform built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar including coping etc.,all as specified and as directed

M & L for brick work with old size, sub class B bricks, locally available best quality, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the concrete roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish not exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water ptoofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above over by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compount will be measured & paint seperatly.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old serviceable 20 mm bore GI tubing and fitings in new or old position(walls,ceiling, flooring etc.) complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only old serviceable 15 mm bore GI tubing and fittings in new or old position(walls,ceiling, flooring etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 litre capacity of triple layered ISI mark, wall construction (Cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm bore dia ball brass valve high presure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, of any description and of capacity exc 250 liters and not exc 1000 liters setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hositing if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including S&F 20 mm bore dia ball brass valve high presure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion, girth of tree not exc 30 cm, protruding over ground / building / wall / root / chajja / stack pipes etc. digging out roots, and applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer's instructions, filling holes with cement mortar (1:4) or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and removing the unserviceable materials from the site complete all as specified and directed.
