Cutting bushes having girth of plants not exceeding 15cm removed of bushes upto 2.00 metre distance on either side along the existing road getting out the roots etc and disposal of debris to a distance not less than 50 mtr from the site and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out for hard/dense soil and materials removed of surplus materials removed nearby low laying area of road specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and not exceeding 1.5 meters in depth for foundation, etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 04 but exceeding 1.50m depth and not exceeding 3.00m depth complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm for hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class old size 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm grade aggregate) in roof slabs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as in copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles necessary form work and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stones, inserstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers each layer 75 mm thick with crushed stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) of granite, trap of basalt spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with crushed stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size) of granite, trap of basalt spread rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using viscosity paving bitumen (VG-10 grade) at 10 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black topped road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using viscosity paving bitumen (VG-10 grade) at 5 Kg/10 sqm for laying bituminous macadam as described in Sl item No 24 here-in-after, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with minimum 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver rolled with paver/tendem rollers of 8 to 12 tonne capacity and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness (over freshly laid premix bituminous macadam) with 5.5 % paving bitumen any penetration binder content by weight of total mix, rolled with paver roller/tendem rollers and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 24 & 25: No price adjustment shall be applicable with excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in execution of work under this item on plus side. However price adjustment shall be made by less quantity of binder content.

M&L to deduct on Sl item No 24 & 25 above for each Kg of binder content less used than as specified complete.

M&L for moorum as in berms laid in layers average compacted thickness not exceeding 15cm thick spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road marking thermoplastic paint for marking painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, on roads, pavements and like 2.5 mm thick with hot thermoplastic road marking paint white or golden yellow conforming to BS-3262 with 400-500 g/m² glass beads at 250 gms per Sqm area drop on very hot material (200⁰C-230⁰C) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine complete all as specified and directed. Note : The line painting shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath. If sign marks are seen the surface shall be painted until the desired result is obtained.

S&F of 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in type C2 (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed and haunching against hume pipe culvert and surface channel/drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All per item No 32 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickenss above top of footings including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix in basement slab, foundation in RCC box culvert any thickness above top of footings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconie, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed

M&L for form work to face of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter including preparation for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) including preparation for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) pipe 75mm bore in any length, jointed and fixed to walls for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.
