M&L for laying reinforced precast concrete cable cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punned to provide a required cover complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For payment punned depth shall be measured.

M&L for laying GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore dia as cable protection fixed on walls/ceiling/laid in floor complete including dismantling corroded GI pipe all as specified and as directed.

Note : (i) The panel shall be front operated with cable entry from bottom with cable glands. The fault with standing capacity shall be 25 KA. Earth bus shall be part of the main feeder pillar. (ii) width of feeder pillar pillar box shall not be less than the panel not less than 60 cm. (iii) Cost for construction of plateform for panel of brick masonary work in cement mortar 1:6 with foundation cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 including plaster work, PCC copping 1:2:4 (using 40 mm thick stone aggerate), deemed to be included in the item rate and no extra payment will be made. (iv) Danger Sign Board of 11000 KV should be enclosed on panel with red colour. (v) Drawing of Chamber shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before procurement.

Supply and fixing in repair unserviceable power pack unit capacity 7 AH, input power supply 220 Volt, 50 Hz AC and output supply 24 V DC suitable for VCB Rating upto 630 Amp complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust including testing on completion and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chemical earthing in replacement with copper earth plate electrode 90 cm X 60 cm X 5 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.0 mtr deep beliow ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level,connecting to copper strip 32 X6 mm as earthing strip by means of bolts, nut check nut and washers protected with and including 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe, necessary excavation and earth work, magnesium sulphate (80 Kg) ), charcoal (4 Qtl) and common salt (4 Qtl) filling, watering arrangement with 20 mm GI pipe medium grade including PCC pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) cover, GI funnel with test point, testing (all as shown in electrical plate No 5 and commissioning all as specified and as directed. Note : On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance below 1 Ohms is not obtained, earthing will rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtined.

M&L for GI strip of size 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor burried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to wall on saddle complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for copper strip of size 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor burried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to wall on saddle complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of insulating saddle for fixing of copper strip on wall/roof/floor etc shall be included in quoted rates.
