Repairing and strengthning of existing RCC structure by re-baring by drilling holes and fixing nozzle if required in existing concrete/brick work as in column, beams, slabs and chajja etc in any position and any description size of hole 14mm, 16mm & 22mm suitable for dowels of size 10mm, 12mm & 16mm respectively (minimum depth 140mm for 10mm & 12 mm dia bars and 180mm for 16mm dia bar, cleaning the surface properly with blow out pump & round brushes and fixing of dowel bars with epoxy resin (resin+hardner). Make: Sika, Fosroc or concressive 1450 of BASF complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Adequate lap length shall be provided as per IS-456-2000.(ii) Reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work will be paid under seperate items. (iii) The work shall be carried out upto four storied building with scaffolding.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6.0 to 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete as in stirrups all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone stone aggregate) nominal mix in Shelves and chajja etc. all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Form work to soffits and Sides of chajja, landings and similar work not exce 200mm thick (horizontal or slops) for rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing roof tiles/roof treatment including Roof plaster of any thickness and removing the rubbish all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Cleaning top surfaces by removing Mud Phuska of any thickness from roof and removing debris, grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Plaster shall be measured and separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. 2. Rate of this item is inclusive of disconnect fitment at water tank or solar heater/Panel etc and refixing in the same position after compeleting of roof treatment.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering by using manufacture sand in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only water proofing liquid compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, roof padding, benching, bed block, window cills etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation, wooden etc.) or insulation board / slabs any thickness incl cover fillets.

S&F for 5mm thick Plain colour PVC wall lining consisting of PVC sheet inclusive of Solvant Cement and fixing at site on PVC frame all as Specified and as directed

S&F 35x5mm PVC Fillet PVC Sheet fixed for wall panelling all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs for 3mm thick Alluminium Composite Panel with combination of aluminium skin material of 0.25mm Thick (coloured sheet as directed ) alluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100 H cover material,coated on external side with PVDF coating containing 70% resins for anti-fungal & anti bacterial properties and the center core shall be with natural polythelene (LDPE and HDPE) bonded to the alluminium skin on both side. Cladding panal to be fixed with Rawl plug and SS screw all as approved on walls and roof including necessary accessories, complete all as per manufacturer's intructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge Make : lennox/reyno bond/Alpolic/Allex & eqlnt.

M&L for Stainless Steel letters or figures (Block, Roman, Itallic or Indian) of size n exc 30cm high fixed with Brass CP Machine Screw in Piller/Post/Gate including necessary Scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick Gypsum board false ceiling including 0.5mm thick GI channel frame work fixed in ceiling surface fixed with 12mm thick gypsum board in required size and shape and making ledge and cornices complete and finished with plastic emulsion paint two coat ovar a coat of primer including 3mm thick Birla Putty punning and smooth finish as required and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S&F 18mm thick plywood (12 ply) fixed with 0.9mm thick decorated laminate both side pasted with adhesive as in cupboard, Show case partition, shutter and shelves etc. fixed with screws, complete including Necessary Hinges, magnet Cacher and handle screw and fixing items for wall/ floor and cup boards etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etac but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for guniting RCC works in coloum, beams, slabs, ceiling, Chajjas, Facia, landing, balconies etc by removing loose concrete including plaster, cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 50 mm x 25 mm with 3 mm dia steel wire as facias/drops and similar works etc and applying one coat epoxy resin concrete bonding agent over the old concrete surface to bond with the new concrete with Nitobond EP of M/s Pidilite/M/s BASF (as per manufacurers instruction) to bond old and new concrete, gunniting with minimum pressure of 2.5 Kg per Sqcm in two layers of total avg thickness shall be 40 mm thick with cement mortor (1:2) using OPC cement of 43 grade mixing with water proofing admixture polycrete @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :The following items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate : - (i) Reinforcement bars and plastering to guniting surface. (ii) After placing the reinforcement all concrete surface shall be throughly scrubbed with brush, washed with water and allowed to dry for plastering. (iii) Work is to carried out in patches. (iv) Rate for scaffolding etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate for up to four Storey. (v) Guniting at Ground floor to 4 th story (vi) Anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforced bars (vii) 15 mm plaster in CM 1:4 shall be done on Guniting area. (viii) Two coat oil bound/Apex over a coat of primer over guniting including 1 to 2 mm thick cement based wall putty.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered surface of walls applying two coats of distemper Oil Emulsion over a coat of primer complete over and including 1mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of wall and applying one coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather proof and Dust Proof ) over and including 3mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of debris/old malwa to a distance exc 10Km but n exc 15 Km and depositing out side the MD land and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F structural steel Beam and stanchion fixed in wall to support old slab by cutting and pinning in necessary guesset plates, each fixed independently, confirming to Fe 410W (GDE E-250) and repair the hole with PCC 1:2:4 and making good the distrubed surfaces with plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
