Complete package of motor driven screw lubricated type compressor with refrigeration type air dryer unit:- a. Motor driven lubricated screw type air compressor for compressed air system with common base frame complete with piping within skid, instrumentation and control panel, all accessories such as inlet filter, expansion joint, silencers, intercooler, after cooler, with integrated moisture trap, capacity regulating system oil separators/filters, oil cooler, non-return valve, isolation valves etc., and protective devices such as Pressure Safety valve/control valve/air regulator, pressure gauge for monitoring of air pressure, initial fill of machine lubricant, counter flanges for suction & discharge nozzles, complete support frame, foundation bolts, field mounted instrumentation. Controls and junction boxes and any other items, mountings etc., as per attached technical specifications. Discharge Flow– 65 m3/hr. Discharge Pressure – 10 Barg. b. Air drier Unit of capacity 65 m3/hr complete with piping within skid, pre filter, after filter, complete instrumentation , control panel, timer, solenoid valve, safety valve, initial fill of machine refrigerant, foundation bolts & any other items, mountings etc., as per attached technical specifications. The air dryer unit may be integrated with each compressor unit or may be standalone type air dryer, one unit for each compressor. One no. Dew point Analyser (Digital type) for each Dryer shall also be supplied along with the package. Compressor & dryer start / stop shall be automatic as well as manual. Area classification: Hazardous Area (Zone 1, Group IIA, IIB & T4 as per IEC 60079)

Air receiver 1.0 cubic metre capacity (conforming to ASME Norms) fitted with Safety Valves, pressure gauge, pressure transmitter/Pressure Switch, auto drain valve, any other mountings & instrumentation, complete with its support, foundation bolts & any other items etc., as per attached technical specifications. Working Pressure- 12 Barg

Set of spares for Motor driven Screw Compressor unit including all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation spares for two years of trouble free operations as per specific requirements and technical specifications. Note:- a) Instrumentation Spares - minimum 01 Pressure Transmitter & 01 Pressure Switch of each type as used in the system shall be supplied in each set of spares per location. b) Electrical Motor Spares - minimum 01 set of DE & NDE bearings and 01

Set of spares for air dryer unit including all mechanical, electrical and instrumentation spares for two years of trouble free operations as per specific requirements and technical specifications. Note:- Instrumentation Spares - minimum 01 Pressure Transmitter & 01 Pressure Switch of each type as used in the system shall be supplied in each set of spares per location.

Service charges for assistance in installation & Commissioning as per technical specification & specific requirement including all expenses e.g. Air/Rail Fare, Local Transport, accommodation etc.
