S&F false ceiling in any heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisturecontent less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 00mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

S&F pleated sliding mosquito net for window fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Upvc 67 series acoustic proof casement(openable)windows of double glaze 5mm thick toughened glass . Outer frame section will be of size 67 x 62 mm dimensions and sash / mullion section dimensions will be 67 x 78 mm or as per requirement 'z' mullion and false mullion section Dimensions is 67 x 58 mm and 67 x 61 mm respectively . Double glazing bead of size 25.8 mm x 23 mm will be provided along with EPDM gasket to the frame sections / mullion & shutter sections . All the frame and shutter mullion section reinforced with required G.I Profile for the strength off the frame and shutter sections as per manufacturer's instructrions.

S&F Upvc door of frame sections dimensions will be 67 x 62 mm and the door shutter sections dimensions will be 67 x 115 mm provided with required G.I reinforcement along with required hardware for the locking purpose and double glaze glass for acoustic proof as per manufacturer's instructrions.

Taking down Shutters with frame of any description n.exc 1 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Shutters with frame of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks,strraight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in modular brick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendereing 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick or concrete walls surface incl finishing surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendereing 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick or concrete walls surface other than fair face of brick work incl finishing surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and therefore applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including a coat of primer and 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall above newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Upvc 67 series fixed window acoustic proof double glazed with 5mm thick toughened glass with all necessary hardware. Frame section of size 67x62mm dimensions and mullion section of size 67x78mm along with G.I profile as reinforcement. Glazing bead will be provided with EPDM gasket to hold the glass etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for preparation of old surfaces of wall and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down blind/ curtain rod and refix the same in position complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and Fixing Channelled Woodworks perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400 mm(weight-8.5 kg/Sqm)made of a Moisture resistant fibre board substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (Portland Maple, Sea Beech, Siam Wood & Mystique Walnut, Interior White, Alumina Pearl) and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the reverse surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation with consecutive 3mm wide groove followed by 13mm of visible pane. The edges of the panel shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to fix special clips for installation and seamless visual. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven Soundtex acoustical fleece hot pressed to achieve NRC of 0.6. (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 and Humidity Resistance (RH) of 70% with camber limit less than 1mm/1000mm and bow less than 1mm/300mm.The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines (keel) using inside clips provided by manufacturers and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. INSTALLATION: - An appropriate vapour barrier (by others) shall be applied/installed on the vertical surface before the installation to properly seal against entry of any moisture. Vapour barrier (by others) shall be installed as per Manufacturer’s recommendation. Install Aluminium Extrusion of size 3000(L) x 24(H) x 15.5(W) mm fixed with clip as approved by the Architect on the solid wall/partition to provide level and plumb surface for fixing Keel. Install Keel vertically using screws and plugs at spacing of not more than 600mm centre-to-centre. The first and last keel should not be more than 150mm from the ends. Trim the tongue of the first bottom panel and install using headless nail with groove side upward. Subsequent panels are installed with tongue side downward by engaging with each other using tongue and groove mechanism and secured by inside clip. Continue this process until required height is achieved. Shorter butt edges need to be joined using industrial/wood glue. The keel shall also be used for transition of the butt end of adjacent panel at every 7.2m. Install the Skirting (provided by others) of width 50mm or more as required by the Architect/ Engineer-in-Charge. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour (by others). Installation should be carried out as per manufacturers recommended procedure.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

M & L for point wiring with 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor , 1100 Volt FRLS graded single core cable for phase and neutral drawn through rigid PVC conduit medium grade minimum 20mm dia and its accessories complete concealed including provn of pressed steel terminal box of suitable size fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet top cover for fixing switches, SSC sheet top cover including one run of 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch.

S&F in replacement Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm,35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring using two runs of FRLS grade PVC insulated ,unsheathed ,stranded, copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm and one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS grade PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core, copper wire to be drawn in and including 25 mm size PVC Conduit (medium grade) in surface/recessed wiring of suitable size and complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 1.5 Sqmm copper wire,one run of 1.5 Sqmm wire & one run PVC Conduit shall be measured as one unit.Make of wire: .(Make of wire: Finolex/Polycab/Plaza,Make of PVC Conduit:-Plaza/Prestoplast/Precision)

Taking down fan of any type, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and refixing again using extra down rod, Screw bolts, screw hook etc after fixing of Gypsum/ seamless false ceiling and complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully indoor and out door AC units from the wall by disconnecting copper pipe, electrical connections and re fixing after complete of new ceiling including making hole on wall and using extra copper pipes, cables, cleaning and serviceing the AC units complete with changing of gas if any required for working complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of copper tubing pair of two pipe for suction & discharge size of suction pipe 1/2'' & discharge pipe 1/4 " diameter 0.8 mm thick complete with separate nitrile vinyl insulation 9 mm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the smoke detector from the existing ceiling by disconnecting from cable/wiring and refixing the same in false ceiling by connecting with the existing wiring/cable by providing extra cable/wire if any required including necessary arrangement to fit in the false ceiling for working smoothly acomplete all as specified and directed.
