Schedule 'A' Part-XI(Miscellaneous (Pre-Engineered Buildings))

Design, prepare structural drawing, fabrication, supply, transportation, and erection of pre-engineered building for garage of specialist ‘B’ Vehicles, dimension 96530 mm X 13000 mm, minimum footing depth of 2000 mm, plinth height 500 mm from ground level, minimum clear height of 6000 mm from plinth level upto bottom of gutter level, divided into 19 equal bays by providing portal frame, entire opening on front side, rear and both sides opening provided with panel wall of pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet, as per line plan of drawing No CWE/DRG/WD/02/2022 Sheet No. 1/ 1 dated 03 Jul 2022 including RCC footings, RCC column below steel structures, anchor bolt, base plate, all structural steel items, roofing sheet, gutter, rain water pipes, panel wall of sheeting, flashings, rainwater pipes etc. The design and drawing shall be got vetted from any IITs/NITs/Government Engineering College.
