16mm thick inside Plastering with cement mortar(1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

12mm thick outside Plastering with cement mortar (1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Wall priming one coat with approved primer with brush to wall surface after cleaning the surface including cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with weather seal coat (two coats) over a coat of cement primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Wall painting 1 coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost of paint as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of priming including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Dismentaling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling Brick / Tile work in lime mortar including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Earth work excavation in foundation in Hard of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders ( except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including rough dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Compound Wall

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
