Attending repair works on 2 Numbers Turbo Truck with 40 Feet Trailers bearing Registration Number AN-01-M3289 and AN-01-M-3290 stationed at ALHW Workshop at Haddo Wharf, for obtaining fitness certificate from the Local Registering Authority.

FOR 2 NOS. 40 FEET TRAILERS. Chipping, scrapping and brushing the old rusted parts of the chasis & steel structures, wheel disc & drums of the trailers and make it rust free and painting with one coat of Metal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. The rate including cost of alll required paints, labour charges, minor tools & plants, GST, LWC etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per the direction of EIC.

Removing the existing damaged wiring harness, broken lights fitted on the trailer viz. side indicator light, brake lights, stop lights etc and rewiring with new suitable auto cable with 2 necessary rubber sleeve.providing and fixing new lights as required. The rate including cost of all labourers, wiring harness and all light fittings, GST, LWC etc., Complete. The work shall be executed as per the direction of EIC.

Servicing of Brake system including replacement of Air Valve Brake valve, brake shoes, brake chamber and complete bake pipe 3 lines. The rate including the cost of Labour, all materials, parts, minor tools and plants, GST, LWC etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per the direction of EIC.

FOR 2 NOS. TURBO: MAKE: TATA MODEL: LPS TATA 4923 Cummins 6x4 TC. Attending painting work (spray) on exterior portion of cabin only after cleaning and leveling with a coat of primer, metal paste, putty, P.S. Grey wherever necessary and two coats of Automobile 4 color paint in conventional method etc including cost of all labour charges, cost of all materials, cost of minor T & P, GST, LWC etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per the direction of EIC.

Chipping, cleaning and painting the chassis steel body with one coat primer and two coat of SE paint including cost of all paints minor T& P, Labour charges GST, LWC etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per the direction of EIC

Providing and fixing of new wiper blade complete assembly, new rear view mirrors, new side indicator light assembly including cost 6 of all materials, labour charges, GST, LWC etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per the direction of EIC. The work shall be executed as per the direction of EIC.

FOR CONDUCTING FITNESS FOR THE TRAILERS & TURBO. Providing and fixing the light reflective stickers in all around the trailers and Turbo, as per the MV act, and fixing of department name board, number plates etc and keep the vehicle in fit condition so as to produce and get fitness from the Local Registration Authority, A&N Island, Port Blair. The rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation charges and GST, fitness charges related to the Local Registration Authority. A&N Island, Port Blair, etc complete. The agency has to make all arrangements for producing the trailer from Haddo wharf to the RTO. Port Blair and come back, for which driver shall be made available by the department on free of cost. The work shall be executed as per the direction of EIC.
