Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft / hard rock, chiselling in soft / hard including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited and stacking the excavated earth up to all lifts, stacking the excavated soil up to all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimeters layers when required in to plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 3 :6 . ( 1 cement : 3 sand and : 6 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel (reinforcement for RCC work) including bending,binding and placing in positioncomplete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing brass full way valve with wheel.ISI marked within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Laying Jointing and testing of below mentioned GMS tube fully flanged/ butt welding with MS Flange (IS:6392-1971) complete in all respect in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Egineer in Charge (95% butt welding and 5% Fully flanged)

Providing, welding and fixing M.S. flanges 5% of various dia (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables confirming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date ammendments to API/ MSERW/G.I Pipe as per site requirement including cutting of of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relvent I.S. Code i.e. IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable with up to date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with up to date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge
