Providing and laying, spreading and compacting 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm &0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36mm &0.396m 3of2.36mm and below metal graded stoneag gregate to Wetmixmacadam (WMM) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniformlayers with paver in subbase /base course on wellprepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime Coat of 7kg/10sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (SS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder including labour charges for applying the required quqntity of bituminous binder as prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over 2.50 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with binder using 2.5kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder including labour charges for applying the required quqntity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and Laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2mm, graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below and with 53.20 Kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and crosssections and compaction by Vibratory roller to there quired density etc., including labour charges for loading bitumenin to bitumen tank and metalt of eder unit ,labour for attending to paver site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paverfinisher, vibratory roller sand all other tools and plants required, including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using CMP clause 505of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 205mm thick including reflect rising glass beads @ 250gms.per sqm.area.thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streadks sdand holes etc complete.(as per MORT & H Specification no803)

Dismantling the existing for cement concrete road surface the debris clearing away from the site etc.complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement,one and half fine aggregate sand three coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISSHBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Providing and fixing Bitumen Pad for Exoansion joint in between pavement slabs to 12mm thick and fixed as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyence of expansion joints including shalimar pad and joint sealent etc, complete as per standard specification

Supply of FRC Manhole 600 mm size dia cover with frame including cost of conveyance loading fixing the same etc complete

Raising the existing circular man hole in heavy type including the removing the existing the man hole cover with frame and dismantling the existing the cement concerte wall end tar road surface around the manhole using 1 : 2: 4 20mm jelly for raising the existing the manhole wall and using CC 1:2:4 with 20mm grainte chips for finshing the top surface manhole around etc complete.
