Dismantling / taking down of radiator assy complete from its mounting from engine and cleaning complete tube with suitable cleaning reagent to remove rust & scaling , plugging of any water leakage by brazing / welding work and re-installing in original position including replacement of rubber hose pipe complete with jupiter clamps for 30 to 160 KVA capacity of DG Sets (any type or Model) complete all as specified and as directed :

M&L for cleaning of oil , grease, dust etc from outer (acoustic enclosures ) and inner surface ( Engine, Alternator, base frame channel and fuel tank) of complete DG set and preparation of old painted surfaces and applying two coats with super enamel paint ( in side of acoustic enclosuress) of colour as specified & directed on Engine, Alternator, base frame channel and fuel tank (except acoustic enclosures ) with the help of air compressor including including writing the machine No. (SM /MES No ) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for following capacities of DG Sets : (a) DG Set 30 KVA / 40 KVA

(b) DG Set 140 KVA / 160 KVA / 200 KVA

(c) DG Set 320 KVA / 400 KVA

M&L for disconnecting unserviceable fuel injection Pump (FIP) of 30 to 160 KVA capacity of DG Set (any type or Model) and transporting to workshop for complete repairing, calibration / overhauling including by replacement of Seal Spring, piston ring , fork liver, bush and minor worn out nuts-bolts, sockets etc including refixing and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting unserviceable fuel injection Pump (FIP) of 200 to 400 KVA capacity of DG Set (any type or Model) and transporting to workshop for complete repairing, calibration / overhauling including by replacement of Seal Spring, piston ring , fork liver, bush and minor worn out nuts-bolts, sockets etc including refixing and testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement flexible coupling with alignment of DG Engine & Alternator including testing for 30 KVA to 160 KVA capacities of DG set (Any Type or Model) complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement flexible coupling with alignment of DG Engine & Alternator including testing for 200 KVA to 400 KVA capacities of DG set (Any Type or Model) complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable fuel injector with nozzle of any capacity and model of DG Sets and transporting to workshop for overhauling / servicing and calibration, including replacement of injector cup seal, nozzel and plungers etc and testing of injector nozzle on test bench for fine mist spray and refixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L drainout of old used engine oil from DG set engine any capacity, and cleaning of oil sump including replacement of worn out Nuts bolts and gasket and filling of new engine oil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Engine oil shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and replacement / topping up Engine oil 15W40 grade in DG Set complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the alternator of capacity 200 KVA to 400 KVA (any make & Model) from DG set and carrying out cleaning, servicing, appying one coat of insulation varnish over stator and rotor winding and heating, replacement of spare parts like main bearing, main terminal boards re-assembling and re-installing in its original position and testing on completion to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand cushioning and covering clean and dry sand to underground electric cable with 8 cm before laying and 10 cm over the cable including ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid for.

M&L for laying in trenches un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover, class LV type 1, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement end termination cable jointing kit heat shrink type for 1.1 KV grade cable and suitable for indoor/outdoor complete with jointing accessories including nut bolts, thimble, lugs and suitable for 3 1/2 4 core XLPE armored AIuminium conductor cable of size 95 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface on any type and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30 cm high, letters or figures shall be painted with flourecent paint they stand out boldly and solidely without showing brush marks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing Index hand(natural size) or arrows (upto 40 cm long) with flourecent paint without showing brush marks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing stop, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc with flourecent paint without showing brush marks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing for DG sets & AMF panels complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal GL with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32mmx6mm and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe ( medium grade ) and chamber PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, coping shall be (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate pit cover 50 mm thick re-inforced with 8 mm tor MS bar at 80 mm c/c both way including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil of earth complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and as specified including test point,charcoal dust,common salt complete and earth lead upto 7.5 Mtr connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing of eathing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for detecting the faulty / burnt electric cable of any size from DG set to DG Panel / Main Panel by trench out and length / distance not exceeding upto 30 RM and repair / joint the electric cable through cable joint kit as per suitable size and make panel functional with all incoming and outgoing cable connection including tightening loose cable / strip connections, removal of dirt,dust and carbon particles by air blower, rubbing emmery paper replacement of worn out thimbles,nut, bolt & washers , replacement of control wiring of panel etc including with excavation, returning filling & removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete to complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Additional spare parts such as Cable , cable joint kit , MCCBs will be measured & Paid separetly under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply & fixing. (ii) Replacement of burnt control wiring of panel, Cable lugs, nut- bolts , thimble etc. shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

Dismantling alternator from the engine base of DG set any capacity and rewinding of field coils of alternator with super enamelled wire including varnishing and heating including reassembling and testing for capacity of DG Set form 30 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement earth fault module of 200 Amp rating suitable for 3 phase 415 volt 4 wire system with connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Radiator core made up of copper of cap upto 320 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement By Pass switch 415 volts, 50 Hz, four pole of capacity 400 Amps with open execution type including with 2NO+2NC auxiliary contacts and with operating handle including replacement of incoming and outgoing lugs and provision of fixing arrangement on panel with all conection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of ECM (Electronic Control Module) unit control device for 160 KVA with ECM connector relay unit set and all connecting accessories with control wiring testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Actuator suitable for 320 KVA DG Set with all connecting accessories & control wiring testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :The contractor will be fully responsible for providing the trend DG technician within 02 hours to rectify the defect in DG set and AMF panel. If the contractor loses his responsibility, the contractor will be fined at the rate of 10000/- per day till the fault is rectified and penalty will be deducted from his due payment.
