Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtre wide and not exceeding 1.5 Metre in depth in hard/dense soil for laying of cable exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Surface Excavation/Dressing of sub station yards and transformer surroundings not exceeding 30cm deep and an average of 15 cm deep and getting out including removal of small plants and pushes and apply the chemical for not coming the grass in installation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles above ground leve including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair and provision of form work for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair and provision of necessary form work for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable, burntout , punctured aluminium conductor cable LT, XLPE/PVC, 1100 volts grade, of following cross sectional area from the excavated trenches, ducts, laid in floors, along poles/ walls/ equipments etc., laid and passed through pipes or laid bare in road crossing/drains/ paths/along walls/poles/floors etc and in similar locations complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:-

Supply and fixing flex board with writing the name of the installation in front of the installation in Aerial Black letters of size 44 inch including blue painted angle iron 2 Nos. of size 25 x 4 mm of height 3 mtr and MS sheet of size 1m x 0.75m x 3 mm installed on ground with PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor should get approval from Engr-in-Charge before installation.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cm Size.

Note : Complete Panel MCCB measured as one Job.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type IP - 66 protection factory fabricated cubical type LT panel board made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet compartamentalised to accommodate the following , TPN aluminium bus bar rating of 200 Amp, bus bar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50mm conical type at a maximum interval of 500 mm through out the length of TPN bus bar, panel shall be front and back open above system, operated from both sides shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air 'U' type gasket used to make panel board completely vermin proof single door and mounted on wall including taking out of old LT panel board complete.

The extension link shall not less than 300 mm long supported on DMC/epoxy insulator having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 time rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All control wire shall be 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied ferried for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. The cubical panel shall have a bottom MS channel of size 75x 40mm duly coated with zinc metal coating having thickness not less than 100 microns.
