Providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 44.4mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 By Mechanical Means including entire carriage of materials plants and equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 Low porosity including entire carriage of materials plants and equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. per sqm. ( Zero Point Twenty Five to Zero Point Thirty) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including entire carriage of materials plants and equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25mm thick (25mm) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with 30-40 PH batch type hotmix plant producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading 11 to 13 mm nominal size specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG -10 grade @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent or mix and cement filler, transporting the mixed material to site of work and laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to requred grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem road rollers to achieve the desired compaction. Zyco therm organno silanc addetive @ 10% weght of bitumen binder as per MORTH specfication clause No. 509 complete in all respects including entire carriage of materials plants and equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specification.
