Comprehensive monthly maintenance of auto fire alarm system installed in Bearing Hospital in Tech Area at AF Stn Chakeri complete all as specified and directed. The detail scope of work consists of the following:- (i) Cleaning inspecting, checking and repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection system. (ii) Operation of all the equipment of fire detection system should be maintained. (iii) The contractor will submit daily inspection report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, users rep and Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The maintenance shall be carried out through experienced technician. (v) Emergency visit will be carried out when called in addition to the normal monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause without additional cost. (vi) Spare parts required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. Note:- 1. (iii) Weighing of CO2 / N2 cylinders. Note:- (a) If any defect noticed/found, the same should be rectify immediately and report to Engr-in-charge. (b) Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item of BOQ. (c) If defect not rectified by contractor within stipulated period then penality @ 2500/per day will be recovered from RAR /BILL.
