Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of Sound Proof Steel enclosure Water Cooled Engine coupled with Alternator 320KVA/256 KW silent DG Generator set including Base frame, Radiator/Heat Exchanger/Fuel Tank/ Control Panel /AMF panel, fuel piping foundation, all interconnections, loop Earthing, Silencer completed all as per CPWD/CPCB norms with standard accessories etc. as required. Pipes:- Manufacturing , Supplying, erection & commissioning of Mild Steel ERW, (Electric Resistance welded) Pipe fabricated/manufactured out of Fe410 Mild Steel Grade 330 as per IS: 3589 of reputed & approved make , including painting with epoxy paint inside and outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture : all conforming to relevant IS codes: complete in all respect and with upto date amendments in relevant IS codes: (Pipe make:- Jindal/ Surya/ Tata or as approved by Engineer-in-charge) a) 900mm nominal dia pipes of 10mm thick complete as required at site.

b) 350mm nominal dia pipes of 6mm thick complete as required at site.

c) 400mm nominal dia pipes of 6mm thick complete as required at site.

d) 450mm nominal dia pipes of 6mm thick complete as required at site.

MS Flanges:- Manufacturing, Supplying, fixing & welding of following sizes M.S. Flanges completed etc. as required at site. a) 900mm dia. & 25mm thickness.
