Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint on walls with prescribed and approved camouflage pattern over a coat of primer including 2mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Apex ultima) on walls with prescribed and approved camouflage pattern over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with prescribed and approved camouflage pattern, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & labour for writing letters or figures (Block letters) n exc. 30 cm high, including painting the base surface with black paint in circular figure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L scraping of damaged/loosened/outlived cement concrete and disposal of scrapping/damaged material obtained upto height 10mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat of water based elastomeric/ co-polymer bonding agent over the existing concrete surfaces to blind old surface with new cement mortar/guniting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for pressure guniting 40mm thick to all affected areas of RCC structure including necessary scafolding upto the height of 10m from ground level using mixture of resin and hardener in equal proportion @3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note:The supply of mixture of Resin and Hardener shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg/Sqm cut to length ,bent to shape and tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement upto the 10 meter from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) and using mixture of resin and hardener@3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note:The supply of mixture of resin and hardener shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only water based elastomeric co-polymer (mixed with resin and hardener in equal proportion) @3% by weight of cement for use in cement mortar plastering /guniting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
