REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL WIRING INCLUDING FITTING AND FIXTURES CEILING EXHAUST AIR CIRCULATOR WALL FANS GEYSERS MCB DBS LED LIGHTS FOR HANSA VIHAR ADMIN AREA AND WARDROOM AREA UNDER GE NW VASCO

Taking down carefully any type of copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing caping with fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendents,regulators,bells, sockets, tube light fittings etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surface of walls & floors etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for one point wiring with PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor FR-LS conforming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 Sq mm single core, including one No. 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated un-sheathed copper cable FR-LS as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC Casing & Caping double lock/conduit pipe type of as required width (not less than 20 mm in width) ISI marked medium grade white colour with all accessories of same grade fixed on wall/ceiling including terminated in to Cast iron/pressed steel terminal box 60mm deep of required size made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet duly painted both sides with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw & cup washers and including provision of modular metal flush box, modular cover plate with frame top cover for mounting switches, fan regulators etc for one light point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 02 here in before, but for one fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one 5 Amp all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 02 here in before,but for one bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push 5 Amp all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 02 here in before, but for one light point controlled by two 2-way switches all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 02 here in before, but for one 3/5 Pin, 5 Amp Switch socket out let on the independent board complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 02 above, but with 2.5 sqmm for One 3 pin 16 amps socket outlet point controlled by one 16 amps switch on the ndependent board complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable any type of copper/aluminium sub main wiring of any type/size/core/ type complete including conduits/casing caping etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors and ceilings etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sqm, FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & including non- metallic rigid PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as directed. (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measred as one unit)

All as per item No 9 here in before, but two run of single core 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cables as earth continuity conductor all as directed.
