Providing Consultancy Services for Architectural design, Civil Structural & Interior design, detailed engineering & drawings, Electrical and Communication, for "Renovation of Administrative building” at NRPL, Bijwasan ; Preparation and submission of conceptual design/drawings for plans and layouts of various floors and other facilities of the building (as per details given in the Chapter-V- Scope of work) with good architectural/ aesthetic look including preparation of working drawings for general layout plan of the administrative building and general arrangement & elevations of various floors, facilities etc. (including structural design and drawings); providing clarifications to queries etc. at IOCL office / site complete as detailed in scope of work given in Special Conditions of Contract. {Total covered area of Admin building is Approx.1350 SQM (including ground and first floor)}
Site visits of consultant/ architect/ structural engineer/ interior decorator, as and when called by Owner for providing technical/other guidance /clarifications in respect of design, drawings, bill of quantities, cost estimate, specifications etc. during execution of construction work at site. Note-No payment for site visits prior to start of actual execution/construction work at site will be made to the consultant/ architect/ structural engineer/ interior decorator.
