The bidder in case of Original Equipment Manufacturers or Authorized Dealer/Distributor or Micro and Small Enterprise (MSE) should have minimum annual turnover of Rs.100.00Lakhs,during any two financial years out of preceding 5 years i.e., 2021-22 .2022-23.2023-2024, 2024-2025 &2025-26. Should submit 1)Audited Statement of Accounts,Balance Sheet,Trading/Profit and Loss Account 2)IT Returns 3)Certificate issued by the CA

The bidders submitting the tender shall have satisfactorily completed, as a Prime Contractor, at least one work of similar nature (MRF/SWM/PWM) having a minimum value of 40.00 lakh in any one of the last five financial years, i.e.during the period from 2021-22 to 2025-26.The said work shall include any of the items covered under Item Nos. 01 to 12 of the Schedule of Requirements.In addition, in the same work mentioned above, the bidder shall have successfully executed at least five (5) different items out of Item Nos. 01 to 12.The details of the said five (5) items, along with the quantities/value executed, shall be clearly mentioned in the Completion Certificate / Work Performance Certificate pertaining to the same work.The Tenderer shall submit a Satisfactory Completion Certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or a District Level Officer, clearly indicating the nature of work, completed value, date/year of completion, and details of the five or more items executed.

Only the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) OR Authorised Dealer/Distributor with minimum Three years experience in supply of SWM plant & machineries are eligible to participate A.Company Registration certificate B) Sales Tax registration Certificate with clear indication of nature of business or along with satisfactory completion certificate to establish years of experience in supply of SWM Compost plant & machineries for 3years.

Local Presence:As on the last day of bid submission1)The OEM should have presence in India with their registered office and experience in supply of MSW machiners since last 3 years. b)the Bidder (in case of Dealers/ Distributors) should have an office in India for at least 3 years and should be the dealer of OEM products, which are being offered in the present tender, since last 3 years(valid document/registration certificate issued by the Central/State Govt.department/organisation as proof of having the office (with address) of OEM for the last 3 years in India)

The bidder should possess the Dealer /Manufacturer License for the SWM Compost plant & machinery(Copy of the valid Licence Copy)

The bidder / OEM should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. Undertakings/ enterprises/ Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies/ Organizations, World Bank / Govt E-marketing portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt & Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc during the past. or Delisted/ barred/penalized by the Government e-Marketing Portal (GeM) for the reasons of not fulfilling or breach of terms of the Portal as on the date of Tender submission.(Should provide an undertaking in the form of an Affidavit of Rs 100 duly signed.)

The bidder should agree for minimum Guarantee period of 1 year for all the equipment & accessories and additional 2 years warranty with paid service for the machineries and The Warranty should carry replacement/ service /maintenance of equipment/accessories/ provide adequate spares and service support during the period of Warranty(Should provide an undertaking in the form of an Affidavit of Rs100 duly Signed)

Bidder/supplier/manufacturer/Dealer should duly Sign & Seal & Scanned.All Tendered documents.(Certificates,Affidavits Etc)Equipment Specifications of the tendered.

GST registration certificate should be attached

Earnest Money Deposit: EMD as indicated in the e-procurement portal shall be paid online through any of the payment modes provided in the e-procurement-portal. Online payment through e-portal.

Bidders should satisfy all the Criterions as per Terms and Conditions of Tender Notification And bid documents.
