Deployment of Mate for supervising day-to-day complaints of allottees, maintaining complaint register, ensuring cleanliness of the premises at Ber Sarai Staff Quarters, including all necessary works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Deployment of one no Mate)

Deployment of Plumber/Fitter for attending day-to-day complaints of allottees, including repair and maintenance of plumbing and fitting works. All works shall be carried out as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Deployment of one no plumber/fitter)

Deployment of Carpenter for attending day-to-day complaints of allottees related to carpentry works in Ber Sarai Staff Quarters, and carrying out necessary works as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Deployment of one no carpenter)

Deployment of Environment Assistant for cleaning and upkeep of common areas such as staircase, terrace, and surroundings on day-to-day basis, and performing duties as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Deployment of one no Environment Assistant).

Deployment of Sewerman for attending day-to-day complaints related to choking and de-choking of manholes, gully traps, and stacks in Ber Sarai Staff Quarters, or as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Deployment of one no sewerman).

Deployment of Beldar/Helper for assisting plumber/carpenter in attending day-to-day complaints in Ber Sarai Staff Quarters,or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Deployment of one no Beldar).
