Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points in soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying of HDPE DWC Pipe of size 40mm outer dia for protection of XLPE UG cable complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and Laying of HDPE DWC Pipe of size 50mm outer dia for protection of XLPE UG cable complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and Laying of HDPE DWC Pipe of size 90mm outer dia for protection of XLPE UG cable complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting existing metal/bituminous road/PCC walk way/any type of tile works n.exc 0.45m width and n.exc 0.45 m in depth including all connected earth work and making good disturbed surfaces matching with the existing specification and finish including refixing of old tiles including disposal of surplus material to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 50mm Tubes, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Supply and fix Pin type Porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised MS spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanized mild steel straps of size 31x3mm and bolt of size 12mm dia, washers and nuts of 75mm height & 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 V grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing the surface of steel tubular poles, 9/11 mtr long with , cross arms, clamps etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint incl numbering the poles with white colour paints over black back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing IP 66 Junction box made of FRP / impact resistant plastic & heat resistant materials having connector terminal block 4 pole 16 A capacity including 06 Amp MCB SP and fixing to the street light or post top light pole with suitable sizes of clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing 1100 V grade FR PVC insulated copper cables of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core drawn through street light poles by making 02 Nos holes in Steel tubular pole (one near Junction box and another near the Street light Mounting brackets) connecting from the junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr- in- charge.

Material and labour for fixing the new moulded case circuit breakers in the existing feeder pillar box with new bolts and nuts including connecting the incoming and out going cables by using suitable cable glands and jumpers/cable with the bus bar after taking down burnt out MCCB of following capacity complete as specified and directed. Painting in situ of feeder pillars (for external surfaces only) with two coats of 1st quality Synthetic Enamel Paint after cleaning of existing surface and removing of all loose darts and greasy spots and filling of cavities by applying putty all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Painting to be done either by using Spray Painting Machine or by using Roller. Brush should not be used.

Supply and laying LT UG cable, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured, multistranded, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, ducts, on poles, walls, through pipes etc complete for the following sizes including cable glands on both side terminations where necessary etc.,including taking down burnt/ damaged LT cable complete all as directed. Note: (i) Excavation, returning filling shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra payment shall be paid.

Material and labour for opening the cover of LT Panel at RS(P), checking for tightness of all connections/ joints, cleaning dust and dirt from bus bar. checking for ACB 1600/2000 A, 440V, 4P, dismantling, checking servicing of fixed and moving contacts, repair and replacement of fixed copper terminal/contacts (male and female), insulation tubes including other connected items to functional of ACB including panel board , lamp indicators , cleaning the fixed and moving contact inside the ACBs properly, checking of EDO/MDO mechanism, servicing and greasing all movable mechanism , replacement of defective fuses , wiring, shunt coil, trip coil etc and reassembling and testing and serviceability check complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and manufacturer instructions.

Supply and fix in repair closing coil, 24 V for ACB of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair under voltage release coil, 240 V for ACB of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for checking of shunt release coil and repair/ replacement of shunt release coil for ACB as per sample,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
