REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT, LEAKAGE SEEPAGE FOR CERTAIN BLDG IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R CENTRAL UNDER THE AOR OF DEOLALI

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description, thickness and in any position including removal of rubbish of the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in roof to achieve slope on existing roof surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on roof slab using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finshed even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying water proofing treatment are as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Laying torch applied APP polymer modified membrane 3mm thick with non-woven polyester mat as reinforcemrent weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (iii) Applying aluminium bituminious paint 0.11 Kg/Sqm.

M&L Cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete(un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/demolition of PVC pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 110 mm bore dia PVC ( SWR grade ) pipes single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 above but 75 mm bore.

S & F PVC ( SWR grade ) bends any radius 110 mm fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but 75 mm bore.

PVC ( SWR grade) branch piece 110mm, double (double Y) equal or unequal fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 above but 75 mm bore.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size Fly Ash brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick external plaster in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position exc 250 ltr and n exc 500 ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 19 above but exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr capacity.

Dismantling PVC water tanks exc 500 litres and not exc 1000 litres capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I with and including 20mm bore dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete,screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.

All as per item No 23 above but 20mm bore

All as per item No 23 above but 25mm bore

Refixing old 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc).

All as per item No 26 above but 20mm bore

All as per item No 26 above but 25mm bore

S&F 15 mm bore of tube medium grade Galvanised steel water tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to walls,floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 above but 20mm bore

All as per item No 29 above but 25mm bore

S&F in repairs 20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applied two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and appliy one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.10,807.00/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
