Construction and Commissioning FOR 12 nos DTW along with pumphouse with EM works and laying of pipe line with pipe carring bridge under WSS as details given in scope of work within Tarakeswar Municipality under ARMUT 2.0 (3RD call)

“Construction and Commissioning for Water Supply Scheme of Tarakeswar Municipality including i) Sinking of 12 No. 300 x 200 size around 200 m deep by Direct Rotary Rig method using UPVC Pipe as per approved drawing and design and specification ( 3 No. for Z-1 , 1 No. for Z-2 , 4 No. for Z-3 , 1 No. for Z-4 & 3 No. for Z-5 ) with UPVC Strainer 200 mm dia. 30m length and Development (Min. 8 Hr. continuous of tube well by using suitable air compressor (Min. Capacity: 600CFM & operating Pressure 14 Bar) followed by Water Resistivity Test / Electro-Logging Test / Yield testing with BHT pump (Head :45 to 50mtr.,Discharge :1100 to 1000 LPM and 25 BHP engine) all complete including To & Fro Transportation cost and Cost of fuels, lubricants & Labour etc along with arrangement of chlorination with supply and delivery of Chlorine and other relevant water treatment works . ii) Construction of 5 No. Pump House / Switch Room ( 3.0 m x 3.0 m ) with Toilet and Construction of 7 No. Pump House / Switch Room ( 3.0 m x 3.0 m ) without Toilet for 5 Zones for 12 No. DTW works site as per Departmental approved drawing and direction of EIC complete in all respect. iii) Supplying & Laying of D.I. pipes (K-9) & MS pipe as required around 7.5 km length with all D.I. Specials, valves including earth work in excavation in trenches, shoring (if necessary) of adequate width having minimum depth to keep the top surface of pipe 1.00M below of the existing ground level in any kind of soil mixed with boulder, metal crust, concrete pavement, any road sub-grade and its flank etc., dewatering the trenches, preparing the bottom surface of the trenches for continuous bedding including sand filling (if necessary), and over ground installation to cross small ditches etc. supported with RCC pillars as & when necessary and fitting, fixing, jointing (all types of joints) valves, specials etc. as per requirement, in position, cutting, chamfering of pipes as required, carriage of materials, constructing sluice valve chambers including supply and fitting in position sluice valve of different dia. & supply and fitting in position D.I. Specials as per requirement, filling of the trenches with excavated materials, consolidating the same in layers immediately after laying of pipe as temporary road restoration for usable traffic , guarding trenches with temporary bamboo railing for safety where necessary, emergency horizontal auger boring where necessary, removing the surplus materials from site including all labour charges, tools and plants, hydraulic pressure testing, cleaning and disinfection of pipes etc. complete in all respect as per IS 12288-1987 (latest edition) including 2 no road crossing by H.D.D Method excluding Permanent Road Restoration as per enclosed drawing and the instruction of E.I.C. complete for 5 no zones iv) installation of designed capacity , Submersible Pump Motor units for 12 No. DTW with 80 mm dia. ERWMS column pipe and required length from DTW to Common Manifold( ERWMS / MS ) for 12 Zone as per approved drawing and design and specification and Pump House, Switch Room with illumination works and with installation of 12 No. approved make & brand designed capacity pump motor (Submersible ) units as to be required and installation of new Submersible pump with designed capacity for all zones existing Deep Tube Wells & CWRs E&M works within Tarakeswar Municipality under AMRUT 2.0 project..

Construction of 7 No. Pump House / Switch Room ( 3.0 m x 3.0 m ) without Toilet for 5 Zones at DTW works site as per Departmental approved drawing and direction of EIC complete in all respect.

Survey, Design,Drawing & Execusion of – a) Pipe Carrying Bridge over Canal For 150 mm DI K-9 Pipe in CWRM Line, Near A.D.O Office. b) Pipe Carrying Bridge over Canal For 300 mm DI K-7 Pipe in Distribution network Zone-V, Near sourav biswas shopping mall. c) Estimation of Pipe Carrying Bridge over Canal For 150 mm DI K-7 Pipe in Distribution network Zone-III, Near Asian Paint Ltd.

ERWMS column pipe and required length from DTW to Common Manifold( ERWMS / MS ) for 12 Zone as per approved drawing and design and specification and Pump House, Switch Room with illumination works and with installation of 12 No. approved make & brand designed capacity pump motor (Submersible ) units as to be required and installation of new Submersible pump with designed capacity for all zones and renovation and up gradation of 10 nos existing Deep Tube Wells E&M works as per tentative scoope of work/ specification described in SECTION-E of NIeB within Tarakeswar Municipality under AMRUT 2.0 project.
