Disconnecting and dismantling including taking down carefully radiator assembly from 140 KVA DG Set for cleaning soldering including servicing dully disconnecting all water hose and other mechanical supports, transporting the radiator assembly to work shop, opening into parts cleaning the radiator fans with cleaning such as cotton waste cotton rags and soda water etc. soldering/brazing the broken/leakage fins and reassembling the same after replacement of defective spares and transporting the same from workshop to site and mounting its to original position including testing etc. complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully defective self starter of 24 volt capacity of 140 KVA DG Sets duly disconnecting all electrical cable connections and mechanical supports, transporting the same to civil authorised work shop and dismantling and opening into parts of self starter for assessing the defects and damaged parts and rectifying the defects by changing the defective spares including testing the same after replacement of defective spares and bring back the self starter from workshop to site and re-install the same to its original position and reconnect all disconnected connections and mechanical supports etc. all as specified and as directed..

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L dismantling tubocharger assembly from the DG set of capacity 15/20/25/KVA from engine, transportation of work shop or repair at site if possible, cleaining and carrying out inspection of each components/spares segregation of serviceable spares for reuse including decarbonising machine, cutting, frinding polishing etc and re-assembing the Turbocharger complete for the following DG sets all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling tubocharger assembly from the DG set of capacity 140KVA from engine, transportation of work shop or repair at site if possible, cleaining and carrying out inspection of each components/spares segregation of serviceable spares for reuse including decarbonising machine, cutting, frinding polishing etc and re-assembing the Turbocharger complete for the following DG sets all as specified and directed.

M&L Taking out exhaust silencer box and pipe from the DG set, of capacity 15/20/25/KVA decarburizing and cleaning the silencer box including replacement of nut, bolts, washers clamp/bracket and refixing and wraping with asbestos rope and powder. Note: Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of Asbestos rope and powder

M&L for making horizontal bore hole under road surfaces,upto 80mm bore by trenchless techonology using ultra sounding technoque and necessary machines as required suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure at a depth of not less than 0.75 meters below the road surfaces for passing out and including GI pipe 80mm bore(medium grade) complete all as specified and as directed.
