Notes: Notes:- 1. Contractor need to purchase minimum 50% of all items mentioned in this CA within 20 days of getting sample approval and kept in custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of item/date. 2. Contractor should buy the exact items which are given with catalogue reference. Other makes will be approved only by submitting non availability Certificate Company. Contractor need to remove all the dismantled items without delay. 3. Rate quoted for demolition/dismantling /taking down is inclusive of removing the same from site and dumping at given locations anywhere inside station. 4. If any painting works, contractor need to clean the area and remove the drop marks from floor, doors, windows, sills, inbuilt furniture items etc. otherwise a recovery of Rs 10.00 per sqm in internal paintings and Rs 5.00 per sqm for external paintings will be made from contractor. 5. Contractor should maintain separate registers for plumbing and carpenter repair works. Day to day complains should be noted in those registers with SI nos of complaints, location, qty of work, status of complaints and signature of incharge and stamp of the office. Format will be given from AGE B/R Office. Contractor should obtain the signature of incharge on the same day of work. These registers to be submitted to JE (Civ) on every weekend without fail. 6. List of complaints will be given to contractor on the first week of every month. Contractor should ensure all the works will be completed within that month itself. 7. Contractor should ensure that plumbing complaints resulting in wastage of water should be attended and rectified within 24 hours. Otherwise, a recovery of 25% of corresponding item will be made from contractor. 8. Contractor will make his own arrangement to store his items. 9. Some places in this contract where the vehicle will not reach the spot directly, the material will be moved manually in these places. The rate quoted will be considered all inclusive on this account. 10. All trade skilled labour required in this contract shall be present daily in working hours, irrespective of complaints received. 11. Complaint for a similar items may be in scattered / different area, quoted rate will be considered all inclusive on this account.

Taking down plaster from chajja/facia etc including dismantling of damaged concrete and repair the same with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 concrete on chajja of any width n.exc 60 cms, applying 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement (WPC shall be paid for separately) and applying two coat of cement base paint with primer to match the existing, finished even and smooth using extra cement with out extra cost all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description of any thickness from brick wall surfaces or stone surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing the debris out of MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound up to 6.5m ht as per manufactures instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) using of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including cleaning glass, joinery, electric fitting, wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed Note :- Liquid water proofing compound to be measured under separate item as supply only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and finishing walls with two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L applying Grit finish with granules/Flakes of any design or colour mixed with synthetic resins and applied to wall over the plastered surface for external surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L Raking out and Raised Pointing of CM 1:4 joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in Cement or cement lime mortar as in directed.

M&L Finishing walls on Stone/Brick masonry with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/ stone surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement)using of all scaffolding and protective measures including cleaning glass, joinery, etc of drops and splashes, leaving premise clean complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment on walls complete all as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall putty with white or tinted on walls using of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles which are necessary for execution of work and protective measures including cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling up to 6.5m ht to be finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) using of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles which necessary for execution of work & protective measures including cleaning glass, joinery, electric fitting etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 3 coats of white wash over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Complete removal of existing treatment on ceilings complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection in alternate bays not more than 3.0 mtr length with joints between panels is 12mm wide will be filled with1 part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC flooring work 40mm thick type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth using extra cement as directed.

Removing excavated/demolished material exc 250 m n.exc 500m or out of MOD land and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 km above the starting point.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling & terrazoo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L Glazed Ceramic tiles coloured, of size 600mmX350mm/300mmX(7-9)mm thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces along with rendering to Stone/Brick masonry surfaces 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles all as specified and directed. Note: PVC tile beading to be done at external corners along the edge of the tile and the cost is included in rate quoted above.

M&L Glazed Ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, along with rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 on brick /stone massonry surface finished fair and even for receiving tiles in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles all as specified and directed.
