MDPE / Pre Insulated MDPE consumer connections by Eletrofusion fitting from HDPE pipe with Ferrule(110mm to 63mm) dia.

b)20mm dia. MDPE / Pre Insulated MDPE consumer connections by Compression fitting from HDPE pipe (50mm to 25mm) dia.

Providing Supplying & installation of pre- insulated MDPE pipe of 20mm dia conforming to ISO 4427:1996 with latest amendements and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destinations and jointing of pipes by Electrofusion PE Coupler as per standard procedure and guidlines complete giving hyduralic test as per relevant ISI. Providing laying of the rising main in the excavated tranches rocky surface ad open as per site condition, bevelling, cutting alleging the pipe,circumferntial welding of 80 mm dia GI pipe class B with one root layer and two additional layerwith 3.14mm and 4mmm ISI marked MS welding rods to fiil the groves between the pipes welding to be done by special/skilled workman handling of pipes with proper tools/tackels empploying semi skilled workman tools/tackales can be tripod stand chain pulleyblocks for rising and lowering of pipes and workability, proper alignement and edge levelingand intial tack welding and final welding to be perfect circumferntial butt welding joints removal of slag before a new laye in place and afterwards defects in the welds to be rectified by filling of cavities etc.The devition/bends are to be fabricated fromavailable G.I pipe of 80mm dia. The complete job include cost of welding rods gas for cutting and charges of equpiments tools skilled simi skilled labour charges at site.
