Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11kV compact secondary substation outdoor type designed for natural cooling (K-10 class), having type tested equipments comprising of dry type CRT transformer and SF-6 insulated compact switchgear enclosed in robotically sealed stainless steel tank, low-voltage switchboard, interconnection between HT switchgear to transformer using Aluminium conductor Cables and transformer to LT-switchgear using Copper busbars, factory built ready for connection type, internal GI earthing provided complete with other associated equipments etc. complete as required conforming to IEC 62271-202 only and relevant IS specifications, as regards to design, manufacturing, type-testing, routine-testing and general operator safety precautions (IAC AB 20kA/1-sec). The enclosure shall have modular construction using G.I. Sheet steel and shall be powder-coated from exterior, with all major equipment inside common enclosure. The Transformer compartment will have IP-23D ingress protection, whereas the transformer used shall be Cast Resin Type specially designed for low losses as per losses defined.( Make: ABB/Schneider/Siemens). RMU, LT Switchgear, Vacuum Interrupter shall be of same make as PSS OEM to ensure life cycle optimization . Also, System Integrator/Licencse partner make CSS shall not be acceptable . The compact substation shall primarily consist of : A) HT SWITCHGEAR having 01nos FIxed-Type Load break Switches and 02nos. Fixed-Type VCB (feeding into Transformer), enclosed in common tank( 2.5 mm thick ), made of robotically welded non-magnetic/non-ferritic Stainless Steel sheets, filled with SF6 gas acting as an excellent insulating medium, IP-67 tank design having leakage rate less than 0.1% per-annum, whereas it shall be Arc-Proof design with Internal Arc criteria of 20kA/1-sec individually. The Compact Switchgear shall be a front-flushed design with integrated spring-charging handle and associated Capacitive Voltage LED Indicators for arc-proof cable box, with associated Terminal Protector boots for mounting on site-replaceable cable bushings and front-facia semaphore mechanical indication for breaker ON/OFF/EARTH and associated Fault Passage Indicator for incoming Load break switch.
