Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engieer-in- Charge. with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1Cement :4 Coarse Sand)

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying plaster of putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper on New work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed paint & one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Finishing walls with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ applied @1.67 Ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat all guard)
