DISTRIBUTION BOARDS

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following distribution boards shall be designed for 415V, 3Ph, 50Hz, 4 wire AC system sheet steel, dust and vermin proof suitable for wall mounting type (recessed) compartmentalized designed and fabricated as per standard OEM manufacture thickness CRCA sheet steel for main frame, folded sections and load bearing numbers , CRCA sheet steel for doors and covers with suitable knockouts for incoming and outgoing cable/ conduits provisions. body earthing terminals with powder coated painting , danger board,sign writing including minor civil works etc as required as per the technical specifications and schematic.

The double door type 8 Way TPN Vertical MCCB DB comprising of the following

With necessary tinned copper busbars, interconnections, separate earth bus & separate neutral bus. The board shall be powder coated type fixed with concealed system in wall. The rate shall include necessary connected civil works like chipping, rough plastering etc.

Supplying & fixing of following metal clad/tempra plug and socket in a company made sheet steel enclosure on a suitable angle frame work with necessary connections and earth connections.

Supply,Installation, testing and commissioning of GI Hot tip powder coated Perforated Cable Tray of 2 mm thick for Data and voice/Electrical Cable with GI Angle/Hitech suitable threaded rods with Anchor fasteners, Clamps, bolts,nuts including all the necessary fastener etc., to suit site conditions as required.

MV PANEL

Supply , Erection,Testing and commissioning of suitable size extendable floor mounting cubical type following LT Main Panel board suitable for 415V 3ph 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system fabricated in a compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame works and cover with 3mm thick removable gland plate ,cleaning and finishing with 7 tank process for powder coating with siemens grey having extensible type TPN copper alloy busbar of suitable capacity as per the incomer ACB /MCCB/SDF ratings with DMC/SMC busbar suppotrs with short circuit withstand capacity of 31MVA / 1Second , bottom base channel of 75mmX 50mm X 5mm.

BUS BARS

800A Bus bars of electrolytic copper , air insulated , R,Y,B, N(Black) PVC sleeved capable of carrying full load current for all the 3 phases and neutral continiously. The current density of copper shall be designed for 1.2A per sqmm. The bus chamber should have proper air ventilators.

EARTHING

25 x 3 mm copper earth bus painted in green colour should be provided all along the panel and connected to the main grid. Interconnectios should be taken to metering chamber, MCCB's, ACB's, FSU's etc sothat all current carrying components are effectively earthed.

ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work includes minor civil works like breaking of concrete floors ,construction of masonary trench , and suitable MS 'П' type channels for the proposed panel as per the instruction from the Engineer in Charge.The rate should be inclusive of removing of existing LTUG cable terminatins up to 400 Sqmm from the panel or cable trench or excavated from earth . The cable should be re terminated ater completion of all the erection works.Necessary Panel drawings , QAP and GTP have to be approved by the Engineer incharge before fabrication.

630A TPN MCCB 36kA with micro processor based trip units ,front operated handle and with ON/OFF/TRIP indications-3 Nos .

Outgoing

630A 4P MCCB 36kA with microproessor based trip units , front operated handle and with ON/OFF/TRIP indications -2 Nos as Bus Coupler

250A TPN MCCB 36kA with micro processor based trip units ,front operated handle and with ON/OFF/TRIP indications- 12Nos as out going

800A copper bus bars for 3phases and 800A copper bus bar for neutral

3 phase indication lamps with toggle switch-3set, microprocessor based digital multi function meter with communication port and the facility for active and reactive power measurements -3 Nos with required CTs and control fuses etc.Necessary Spreaders / extended copper bus bars of suitable rating with required holes should be provided for the cable and bus bar terminations.The handle should be pad lockable type in both ON/OFF positions including suitable mechanical interlock between all Incomers and Bus Couplers.

Removing of existing MV Panels and single core to 4 Core aluminium/copper armoured/ unarmoured 4 sqmm to 300 sqmm LTUG Cable- 150mtrs ( approx) including all the cable end terminations and handed over to the Maintenace section in rolls as instructed by the Engineer incharge. The contractor should visit the site before quoting.

LT UG CABLES AND TERMINATIONS

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of the following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Power cable of 1.1KV grade Aluminium/Copper conductor flexible cables. Cables shall be laying on the cable trenches,cable tray,cable duct,and partially laid on wall/ceiling indoor/outdoor with suitable PVC pipes or metal hose ,clamps & necessary fixing accessories etc. as required.

EARTHING

Earthing with copper earth plate 600x600x3mmthick including acessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7m long etc with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying of following size earth flats at 0.50 mt below the earth including soldering/welding as required

Single run of 95 sqmm multistranted copper wire in a suitable PVC pipe/ metal hose and clamps
