A-Cleaning machine - 1 ( Rates are inclusive of GST)
1. Gas cut & removal of guide rails, support angles & bottom rails at all the 3 chambers. (entry, blast and exist) -3 Set 2. Removal of work rotator shafts and bearings (drive and idler), ejector arm, shafts, bearings & cylinders. -01 Unit 3. Removal of all wear plates of blasting, exit and entry chamber & removal of inspection, entry and exit doors & cylinders. -05 Unit 4. Dismantling of three roto units & metering gate assembly. -3 Unit 5. Dismantling of bucket elevator belt assembly, top pulley, boot pulley & bearings. -01 Unit 6. Removal of scalping drum with screw conveyor, flange bearings, sprockets & chain -01 Set 7. Repair / servicing and fitment of scalping drum with screw conveyor, new flange bearings, sprockets & new chain. -01 Set 8. Repair to roto chambers & replacement of damaged wear plates. -3 Unit 9. Repair of machine shell body (entry, blast & exit chamber)- 03 Unit 10. Fitment of Main rails, guide rails & align with proper support of guide angles. (Rails to be fabricated with 25 mm manganese plate & guide angles fabricated by 10 mm manganese plate) -3 set 11. Fitment of wear plates of blasting, exit and entry chamber with proper bolting systems. -03 Set 12. Fitment of serviced roto units, serviced/new metering gate assembly and connect steel shots feeding hoses to metering gates & rotos with proper clamping. -3 Unit 13. Fabrication & fitment of steel shots feeding square & round tubes from screw conveyor to roto units. Fabrication & fitment of dust pipes from screw conveyor to ground / waste bin.- 3 Unit 14. Fabrication & fitment of perforated sheets with 10 mm manganese plate with 10 mm drill/gas cutting holes & provide proper supports (entry, blast & exit chamber)- 03 Unit 15. Fitment of ejector arm along with new shafts, bearings, serviced cylinders & hoses. -01 Unit 16. Fitment of work rotator drive and idler shaft with new bearings with proper alignment and provide cover wear plates. Fitment of Work Rotator gearbox sprocket & coupling with proper alignment. -02 Unit 17. Repairs to Inspection, entry and exit doors, its sealing and replace new hinges & door lock handles.Replacement of entry & exit door I-beam, repair & fitment of serviced door & actuator cylinders & its accessories. -05 Unit 18. Fabrication and replacement of the complete bottom hopper with 12mmm MS plate by ensuring the free flow of the steel shots to the bucket elevator -01 No 19. Fitment of roto, motor pulleys, new V-belts with after proper alignment, tensioning of drive belts & provide mesh cover for belt drive. -03 Unit 20. Repair to damaged bucket elevator shell body. Replacement of bucket elevator rubber belt, damaged buckets, defective Gearbox, elevator top pulley, boot pulley, shaft and bearings. -01 Unit 21. Painting with one coat of apple green paint.- 01 Unit 22. Testing and trial run of the machine with wheels and wheel movements from entry to exit.- 01 Unit 23. Shifting of all removed scrap material to earmarked area.- 02 M.T

1. Remove all the pneumatic cylinders, hoses and valves of kicker, tuning frame and wheel clamping units -03 units 2. Gas cut and remove the existing turning frame of the turn tables - 01 Unit 3. Marking and cutting of plates, channels, angles to size for the turning frame of the turn table as per the existing turn table structure available in WFPS. -01 Unit 4. Fabrication of the turning frame for the turn table as available in the WFPS. -01 Unit 5. Fabrication of the top and bottom pivot bearing support channels and fitment these channels on the main frame -02 Units 6. Assembly of the turning frame on the main frame with pivot and bearings -01 Unit 7. Fitment of cylinder on the main frame and connect it with turning frame -01 Unit 8. Matching of kicker, shaft, cylinder arm and 1 bearings -01 Unit 9. Fabrication and installation of the kicker assembly on to the frame -01 Unit 10. Fabrication and fitment of main rails, guide rails, flange guides on the turning frame. -01 Unit 11. Fitment of back stopper with support channel on the turning frame -01 Unit 12. Fabrication and fitment of kicker cylinder mounting base and fitment of kicker cylinder and connect it with kicker assembly -01 Unit 13. Full weld the complete structure with supports -01 Unit 14. Fitment of pneumatic pipeline , hoses, FRL units, DC valves for kicker and turning. -02 Units 15. Check the equipment with wheel for smooth flow of wheels and weld limit switch bracket for fixing electrical limit switches at required places for auto mode. -01 Unit 16. Paint the all replaced structures, column with one coat of red-oxide and 2 coats of Apple green paint. -01 Unit Note: a) All mounting holes for pivot bearings, adjustable guides, cylinders should have drilled holes. b) All Pneumatic pipe lines should be clamped using suitable pipe clamps.

Marking and cutting of plates, channels, angles to size as per the existing escapement frame available in WFPS. -01 Unit 4. Fabrication of the escapement frame as available in the WFPS. -01 Unit 5. Matching of kicker, shaft, 1 cylinder arm and bearings -01 Unit 6. Fabrication and installation of the escapement assembly mounting base -01 Unit 7. Fitment of escapement kicker assembly on the mounting base -01 Unit 8. Fabrication and fitment of back stopper with support channel on the mounting base -01 Unit 9. Fabrication and fitment of main rails, guide rails and guide flanges on the frame. -01 Unit 10. Installation of fabricated structure in place with rigid foundation.- 01 Unit 11. Full weld the complete structure with supports. -01 Unit 12. Fitment of pneumatic pipeline , hoses, FRL units, DC valves and cylinder and connect it with kicker assembly. -01 Unit 13. Check the equipment with wheel for smooth flow of wheels and weld limit switch bracket for fixing electrical limit switches at required places for auto mode. -01 Unit 14.
