Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Terrace cleaning including removal of rank vegetations,grass etc. and cleaning of connecting khurra and rodding of RWP to ensure smooth flow of rain water and disposal of rubbish upto 50m lead all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.

Providing the Plumbing services with Semi skilled fitter for attending day to day complaints on urgent basis like repair of water supply equipments and sanittary installations in the BSNL Compounds Ferozepur BA. The agency shall provide all necessary tools and plants,ladder and scaffolding wherever required including Mobile Phone and instructions to the worker for attending the complaints.(Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The materials/fittings required shall be paid for separately) (Carrying out all the above services /operations during the one month considering 15 days in one month job for payment)

Providing the Carpenter services with skilled Carpenter for attending day to day complaints on urgent basis like repair of doors,windows and chowkhats in the BSNL Compounds within Jalandhar Business Area as per the direction of E-I-C.The agency shall provide all necessary tools and plants,ladder and scaffolding wherever required including Mobile Phone and instructions to the worker for attending the complaints.(Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The materials/fittings required shall be paid for separately). Providing Beldar to assist Plumber / Carpenter for attending day to day complaints in the BSNL Compounds within Ferozpur as per the direction of E-I-C. The services for payment are for one Day ie Per Job Per Day

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

Cleaning and desilting of chocked Floor trap,w/c trap,gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish,earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to existing doors/windows/cupboard shutters (wood) by chiseling,cutting etc. wherever required without dismantling all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinstallation of tilted sections of M.S. grill having length upto 4.00 metre and height upto 0.90 mtr. on compound wall having height upto 2.00Mtr, after dismanting , cutting, welding with M.S. flat, square bars and angles etc. wherever required including lifting and refixing on compound wall in proper position by providing hold fast in concrete blocks to ensure proper alignment and level with the existing grill all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Cost includes the transportation of electric/gas welding plant, M.S. hold fasts, M.S. flat, square bars and angles, etc. required for repair at site of work. ( MS grill will be supplied by the deparerment free of cost and cement concrete blocks, shuttering and finishing demolishing of brick work shall be paid for seperately in the respective items).
