Charges for dismantling the existing rails after removing the steel keys, fish plates bolts and nuts in order to provide accessibility for grinding the edges.

Charges for grinding the elongated edges to right angle to provide the expansion gap in between rails.

Charges for Pre-assembling and reversing the grounded rails in to its position fixing the Elastic railclip, fishplates, bolts and nuts etc.

Deep screening the existing ballast to remove the broken / damaged ballast for proper drainage of track line.

Lifting of track lines to the specific limit by through packing.

Charges for Levelling the track rail to zero, by checking and aligning the track rail with piano wire on one side and parallelism of another side rail and gauge correction to the RDSO standards etc..

Providing PCC 1:2:4 concrete pavement in between railway track line including deep screening hard broken ballast in between track line, earth work excavation, providing well gravel bed, centering and shuttering, thermacool cost and transport of concrete mixture by using JCB in Wagon Tippler III inhaul.
